~Right after Chan left Jeongin~
Chan's face turned red as he walked awa from the smol bean he now knew as Jeongin. His friends noticed and immediately started to bombard him with questions.
"OWO CHANNIE'S BLUSHING WHAT HAPPENED?!" Minho screeched, still managing to look perfect, as always.
"What's his name?!" Woojin asked, slightly more calm than Minho.
"What's his friends name? The one with the dyed red hair? He's cute," Changbin said calmly, almost as if it were a normal, every day question.
"Firstly, we had a civilized conversation BUT HE KEPT STUTTERING AND IT WAS THE CUTEST THING I SWEAR. Secondly, his name is Yang Jeongin. Thirdly, Changbin shut your thirsty mouth up and go ask him yourself."
"Nah, I'll ask him later. They're having a moment it seems," Changbin said as he pointed to the group of friends Jeongin belonged to. The group of boys were hugging and smiling around the smallest boy. (Let's pretend Jeongin is shorter than them all)
"Aweee how sweet! Ya know that blonde kid, the one that looks like a cute squirrel? Yeah he's cute," Minho said as he uwued. Were they all falling for this group of boys?
"Hey Woojin, any of them catch your eye?" Changbin asked with a smirk.
"Nope. I dont really want a relationship," Woojin responded. "It's just not something I'm looking for."
All the boys nodded, a moment of silence cutting in before Minho screamed after looking at his phone.
"GOT7 IS HAVING A COMEBACK!!!!"
"WAIT WHAT?!?" Chan yelled as he grabbed Minho's phone. Soon the four were all fanboying and swooning over their biases.
However, all good things must come to an end, as the bell rang. The four boys made their way to their lockers, teasing Chan for his obsession with BamBam. Minho had just finished up telling a story of Chan crying over how perfect he was one night, as they arrived at their lockers seeing, a familiar five boys gathered around them.
Chan stared at the smallest, but panicked when he realized their lockers were right next to each other.
"Ooo look lover boy, Jeongin has a locker next to yours!" Changbin said with a smirk.
"Shut up Changbin. But c'mon we share a locker, let's arrange it," Chan said as they walked closer to the boys. Woojin and Minho walked the opposite way, as their locker was on the other side of the hall, closer to their classes. The two didn't talk as they went to their locker, but someone did talk to them.
"H-hi Chan!!" Jeongin said with a cute smile. Chan mentally uwued and smiled back. A rare, genuine smile.
"Hi," he said back softly as he opened his locker. He started to arrange notebooks when he noticed Changbin wasn't next to him. He turned around and saw him talking to Jeongin's friend. The red head was blushing as Changbin smirked. Chan just shook his head and went back to rearranging things.
He felt his phone vibrate in his pocket, so he checked to see who it was. As soon as he opened his phone he gasped quietly. It was his ex.
EX😥🚫: hey you worthless, sorry excuse of a human being, why arent you dead yet? We'd all be better off without you
Chan felt tears start to well up, today had been going so good. He felt it vibrate again
EX😥🚫: you don't deserve life, or happiness, I was the only good thing you had, but I'm gone now. And I'm glad I am you worthless piece of sh-
Chan couldn't take it, he ran to the bathroom as fast as he could and tried to hide his tears. Why did today have to be ruined?
⚠️TRIGGER WARNING⚠️
He walked into a stall and started to sob. He pulled at his hair and fell to the floor. He rolled up his sleeves and started to scratch his skin with no mercy, tearing the skin, watching blood mix with tears that rolled off of his face. The tears stung the wounds, giving him more satisfaction.
Suddenly, the door opened and small footsteps came towards his stall. Small, white sneakers appeared at the bottom of the stall door. There was a soft knock. Chan was too far into his breakdown to notice his next irrational decisions.
"Go away," Chan mumbled.
"I-it's Jeongin, I s-saw you walk i-in hear and I g-got worried."
"Go away, you don't even know me!!" Chan said, raising his voice, making Jeongin flinch.
"P-please Chan. I j-just wanna help!" Jeongin said in a hopeful voice.
Chan stood up and opened the door, not caring what he looked like. "LISTEN JEONGIN JUST GO AWAY, OKAY? YOU DONT KNOW WHAT MY LIFE IS LIKE. WE CANT ALL HAVE IT PERFECT LIKE YOU!!!" Chan screamed. He looked down at the small, trembling boy before him with tears in his eyes. He was still to far in to be rational.
"Ch-chan you don't mean i-it! Y-you're just upset!" The smaller, crying boy said as a single tear rolled down his cheek. He wanted to bandage the wounds on Chan's arms. To wipe away his tears. To hug him.
"I SAID GO. AWAY!!!"
And that's when Chan snapped. He brought up his hand and slapped Jeongin across the face. Hard.
Jeongin stumbled back with a gasp. A sob left his lips along with a small scream. Chan finally came to his senses as he saw the now sobbing boy below him with a red handprint across his once perfect cheeks.
Oh, what had Chan done?
A/N ~ OOOF I'm really sorry this is all rushed and trash
