Jeongin woke up next to Chan, staring at his features. Jeongin loved waking up next to the boy who treats him like a prince. Jeongin couldnt understand how this boy had been through so much. This boy had been disowned, tried to kill himself multiple times, has scars beyond imaginable, and yet still had the heart to treat him like he was the last dove on earth.

Jeongin enjoyed just staring at Chan. His face was just so captivating. Jeongin really was in deep with this boy. While he was staring at Chan's pretty eyelashes, he heard a scream. Now normally, Jeongin wouldnt be concerned at the scream. His friends would play fight all the time, it wasnt uncommon for one of them to scream. But this time, there was a loud crash that accompanied it.

Jeongin immediately shot up and quickly rubbed the sleep from his eyes as he ran out of his door. He ran down the stairs and to the left, then through the living room entrance to the left again into the kitchen, where the sound came from. When he got to the entryway, he was shocked. There on the ground was Seungmin in a pile of glass, metal pots and pans, and dirt with a shelf on top of him. He was sobbing and trying to get the shelf of off him.

"Min!" Jeongin immediately helped and lifted it off of the crying boy. Then Jeongin saw all of the cuts on Seungmin from the glass. They were quite deep and some pretty long. He had one hand on one of his arms, keeping it to his chest. Jeongin bent down to help lift him.

"I-im so sorry, Innie! I-i didn't mean to cause such a fuss!" Seungmin said frantically. The boy looked awful, even for just having a shelf fall on top of him.

"Hey, Min it's okay! Are you okay? You look pretty banged up. Here, I'll help you to the couch where you can calm down while I clean up. Then when I'm done, I'll help clean you up," Jeongin said. Seungmin shook his head.

"I-i made the mess! I sh-should be the one to clean it!" Seungmin stuttered out.

"Seungmin, you are in no shape to be cleaning. I promise it's okay, just calm down, hm?" Jeongin said, sitting Seungmin down onto the couch. Seungmin nodded hesitantly.

Jeongin walked into the kitchen and around the bar to grab the broom to sweep up the mess. Jeongin looked at the scene before him, trying to piece together what happened. He saw a carton of eggs and a pack of bacon and assumed that Seungmin went to start on breakfast for them all. When he went to the shelf the pans were on, he must've slipped and knocked it on top of himself. The shelf had pots, pans, and some plastic vases with flowers. Jeongin started to sweep when he heard more voices from the the living room.

"Hey is everything oka- woah! Seungmin are you okay?!" It was Jinwoo.

"Y-yeah, m' fine," Seungmin said, trying to sound convincing. Jeongin knew this about Seungmin: he hated causing trouble. He always felt the need to do everything for everyone else, not really focusing on himself. It was sweet, but sometimes he needed to be a bit selfish and take time for himself.

Jeongin finished sweeping up, making sure every single shard of glass was picked up and thrown away. He walked into the living room and saw Woojin and Jinwoo on the couch, cuddling Seungmin between them. It was pretty cute, like parents and their baby. He smiled as he walked past them and into the bathroom to get the first aid kit. He grabbed it and then walked back in to the room. He went to Seungmin and started to clean him up. Seungmin's whimpers broke Jeongin's heart. The other boy shouldnt have to feel pain after reliving it from so many other people on multiple occasions.

"Hey Woojinnie Hyung, will you take Seungmin to the kitchen so you can both keep cooking? I'm gonna have Jinwoo help me wake Channie Hyung up so he can see my room," Jeongin said. Woojin nodded and took the boy into the kitchen, telling dad jokes as they walked away. Jeongin took Jinwoo's wrist and led him upstairs. When they walked into the room, they saw Chan playing a ukelele. He looked up when the door opened.
