Jungkook is madly in love with Seokjin and it hurts him deeply to know that he can't have him by his side forever. He thinks his love is wrong.
Loving a human is wrong
Seokjin felt sad, and gloomy all day long. All because of the discussion they had two years ago. There were days when Jungkook treated him coldly and with some indifference.
At those times, he would lock himself in his room, would compose songs, but mostly he would write lyrics as now, the only difference was, this time the song remained as only a few lines.
He spent many hours thinking, touching the white paper with the tip of his pencil, just leaving gray dots. But no inspiration came.
He sat in front of the piano, an instrument that Kook had taught him to play a couple of years ago.
He took a deeper breath before placing his hands on the white keys and began to play. There was a short intro and Jin started to sing.
"Come to me in the night hours.I will wait for you. And I can't sleep 'Cause thoughts devour. Thoughts of you consume..."
He continued to play the piano, singing his incomplete song, focusing on musical notes. Trying to forget his problems, trying to forget how Jungkook made him feel these days.
Unconsciously he continued on with the song and sang again the only part of the song he had written:
"Come to me in the night hours.I will wait for you. And I can't sleep 'Cause thoughts devour. Thoughts of you consume... I can't help but love you. Even though I try not to. I can't help but want you. I know that I'd die without you." Continued unconsciously.
When he realized, he quickly grabbed the sheet on which he wrote the song lyrics. Without the realization this part of the song came from the part of his young heart that he was unaware of, a significant part that could make him realize why he was so hurt by Jungkook's unconcern, his ignorance and the reason why he loved his hugs.
He placed the lyrics sheet aside and looked at the piano again. He missed those times when he played it with JungKook, now they rarely played it together. He felt that the vampire was distancing himself from him more and more.
But he smiled, he was sure everything would change.
But he didn't know that nothing ever changes for good.
