Life is hard for everyone and we all have our challenges to overcome, but it's safe to say that my Life has been pretty shitty.
Jumping from orphanage to orphanage than foster care. Most of my foster parents were neutral and just did it for benefits they received while others were cruel and liked having kids around to bully and use.
Yo, I am 21 year old college student Azrael and I am currently having some deep thoughts while flying to Tokyo for a college. I am just thinking of how bad my life has been so far, but today is a day to celebrate! Why? Well, its because I blew through my savings in order to visit Japan.
Why you may ask? That's because I am a huge anime and Lights Novel fanatic. I got hooked on anime at the age of 16 thanks to a certain persistent blond haired Shinobi who showed demonstrated the power of never giving up. Anyway, we are 3 hours away from Tokyo when I hear a message from the Planes captain.
"Hello fellow passengers, this is your captain. We are approaching a light storm, so do expect some turbulence in while. Please sit and place your seat belts on. Thank you for your cooperation."
With that everyone got to their seat and strapped on. I look around and many had scared expressions, while the others acted unafraid as if it was a common occurrence, 'They must fly very often.'
I was scared since it was my first plane ride, so I followed directions and placed secured the seat belt. About 5 minutes later the plane started trembling violently, 'Small storm my ass-' I was cut off by a bolt of lightning hitting the wing motor on my side followed by fire being accumulated on the motor and heavy smoke.
By then many of the passengers including myself started screaming, crying, and freaking out.
The oxygen mask come done and I strap one on myself-
"Passengers this is the captain! As you can all see our engine was blown. We are going to do an emergency crash landing on the ocean since we won't be able to make it to land. Strap on and keep calm!
'Is this it? Am I going to die? I can't swim!' I had thoughts like that when I turned to see a crying man video calling a woman and pouring out his heart to him. I start to see that the situation is borderline desperate until-
"BWOOOOOMM"
I didn't get to finish since the plane crashed followed by my window bursting open letting water in. By that time I was hyperventilating and unable to keep calm. My vision turned red and I touched my face to find blood on my fingers. The plane had descended in complete chaos. Everyone was fighting for life jackets. There must have been enough for everyone, but they only worried for their own lives. We were still floating and I was able to calm down, but-
"YUAAAAAAAAAAA" I hear a high pitched scream and I turned to see an asian woman looking out the window screaming. Many look out and see a giant wave of at least 20 meters coming towards. 'Fuck this shit' I kicked into action pushing, kicking, and stomping over people to get that life vest.
I'm usually a reserved and respectful man, but something inside me pushed to live longer. I strived to survive, but next thing I know the plane tilts and I fall to what used to be the ceiling. The ground breaks open and water pours through it on to me. I drowned 15 minutes later.
