[Leveling up can be done by training. Skills are something you earned through Skill books or taught by someone who has the skill. For example Fire Blast. You have not learned magic or obtained a skill book therefore you don't have that skill. You can also gain skills by either purchasing them and other things in our store. You purchase things by using experience points you get from killing monsters. This system should have activated at the age of 5, but due to your Dragon Half the system believed your body can take the burden. Your Dragon side adds to your physical capabilities. You haven't trained and you are only half a Dragon, so their aren't drastic changes so far.]
