I put the brake on the car because I see Cory crying.

"Cory are you ok?" I asked.

"No not really." He answered back which worried me.

"whats wrong? Can I help?" I offered.

"I did something horrible." He tells me.

And a dead feeling comes over me. What did he do?"

"What did you do?" I asked not expecting the answer I got.

"I know this isn't the ideal time to tell you, but I know that you need to know but, I cheated on.."

I broke down in tears, therefor he stopped talking.

"I'm sorry!" He said

"No! get out! Now! Why did you do that! just go!"

I cried for a minute just wondering why he had to do that and why he decided to tell me now! I couldn't think strait so I called my best friends, Kayla and Caroline, sobbing and hoping they can explain any of this.

"I'm so sorry. I don't understand why you had to go through all this. It's not fair." Kayla tells me.

"I knew he was a jerk! I had the feeling. I'm so super sorry." Caroline says.

"Who needs him anyways I guess! I don't want to see him again. And I don't intend to!" I wipe my tears.

"Oh I assure you, you won't see him EVER, again" Kayla giggles.

We couldn't help but giggle.

"Let's tomorrow go see a movie after school and clear are minds!" Caroline suggests.

We of course agree.

The next day, out minds were cleared. I was so over Cory. I never was over Stacie but I would rather feel something than nothing.
