I watch you
Suffering,
Tears in your eyes.
You hold me tightly,
I am frozen
All I can do is
Watch you.
No words between us.
The silence
Deafening me.
I want to help
But I don't know how.
Tears form in
My eyes,
Falling like the rain.
Please tell me
How I can help make
Your pain
Go away?
It hurts me to
Stand there and watch,
Helpless to your
Pain.
