A monster
Rages inside me,
Clawing and growling
Making me weak
Day after day,
It gets harder to stand
I have no energy
I can't see straight
Anymore
I'm sick
I'm coughing up blood
I can't lift my arms no more
Moving anything hurts
The monster inside me
Has an insatiable appetite
He claws at his cage
Hoping to find someone
New
To eat and claw at
Finally, I can take no more
I give in to the monster
I relax and close my eyes
My final words:
"Don't let the monster
Find the others!"
My last wish:
May no one ever be hungry again.

PoesiaJust a few poems. I'll write as much as possible. Some sad, some thoughtful. Okay mostly sad. Fun fact: Monster's Cage and Saviour were written for class.
