CADWELL, NEW YORK - DAY
The notorious hooded teenager was once again defacing public property. Direll was spray painting over the closed highway. He called his companion Jo Sumayah (Surage) with his cellphone and asked about his end. On the other side of the city Surage kept an unhealthy amount of vehicles stuck in traffic. He had a road block set up so Direll can finish his part of their ‘work’.
“Let them through.” Direll giggled before hanging up.
Surage rolled up the spikes and took out the signs and cones. The traffic continued its way through the highway.
“Gonna feel sorry for the idiots that fall for this.” He said after entering a police car and joining the traffic.
Direll stood on the rooftop of a building glancing at all the landmarks in which all his video cameras were set up with a pair of binoculars. He looked for the incoming traffic and readied himself.
“Direll, they’re making it pass the check point.” Surage said through the Two-way radio.
As soon as the vehicles approached the traffic lights, Direll pressed the red button on a detonator that triggered a stun light. The drivers were blinded by the bright light for a few seconds but regained their vision just in time to notice a huge pot hole in the road.
A taxi driver panicked and quickly braked while turning hard left. The cab immediately capsized. Surge, with a push of button activated a track shot Direll had set up. An incoming truck rammed into the capsized taxi and sent it screeching over the hole. The moving camera on the wires recorded this moment.
Direll quickly ran over to his laptop in laughter and quickly saved the footage from his cameras. Suddenly the wind got stronger and there was the loud sound of spinning propellers. An armed chopper was in close proximity.
“Shit.”
Direll quickly packed his bag and ran off. The chopper turned and a red haired woman in uniform armed herself in the doorway with a sniper.
“Time for that hooded prankster to meet his end.”
