After lessons, Direll headed over to a military facility owned by the government. It’s also the largest facility on the continent. He paid a visit to an employee/minister of theirs, Hon. Vill Gates, minister of technology and education.

The doors slid open automatically and Direll entered in a room filled with technicians and advanced technology.

“Yo Gates.” Direll called out to him.

A man bumped into Direll while riding around on a small office chair. For an adult in his early thirties he’s quite immature and insanely weird. He chuckled while searching for his glasses. After putting them on, he fixed his shaggy brown hair and greeted Direll. Direll showed him the phone and asked to try it out.

“When did you get a new smartphone?” Vill asked as he slid through the apps. “What exactly am I to look at?”

Direll told him to open any of the apps. Vill did so and opened the calendar. Direll didn’t know what would happen but said to Vill that he should fiddle with it. Vill jumped to the date before today. An employee of his came up to him and handed the blue prints of Vill’s new project.

“Huh? You gave me this yesterday.” Vill said with a confused look.

That moment a red haired girl came in the room very angrily. She threw her sniper on the floor in frustration and marched up to Vill. She grabbed his lab coat and shook him.

“You should have been tracking hi-” She paused when she noticed Direll in the room, “Son of a-”

A loud crash censored the rest of her statement. Vill looked to see that a set of equipment had  collapsed while being carried.

Vill said that he got a weird feeling of déjà vu.  Everything that happened now happened yesterday. Vill looked at his watch and the time was still the same. He looked at Direll’s phone the time was the same but the date was changed, yesterday’s events reoccurred today.

The day and its events changed but time was not affected.

“This device has dark matter lurking in it.”

“Weird. Jemma said something similar." Direll said trying to escape  from the girl, Lilliame. "Like Meta tech in DC comics."

"Jemma?" Vill enquired.

Direll nodded.

"Oh you mean that African beauty you hang out with. I went through her files, she's not only good looks she has an IQ over three twenty."

Vill returned the phone to Direll and said that he does not want anything to do with it. The most he can do is keep an eye on it and an eye on Direll.

He sighed when he realized that he had to re live today once again.
