Chris POV:

We'll damn I can't believe I just said that shit. Vanessa eyes were glistering from the tears starting to form. We sat there staring at each other until she sat the box on the counter. It was true I did love her the past is the past she's always been the only person that I honestly trusted and the only one that's been my real friend. I smiled at him I couldn't believe he said that I could barely see his face my eyes were covered with a film of tears. I wasn't upset or anything I was honestly happy I waited all this time for him to say that to me my heart skipped a beat.

"I love you more than anything" he looked into my eyes "I really do vanessa" he kissed my lips softly. I deepened the kiss by grabbing onto his brown curls. His hands stroked my hair softly as he stood up not breaking the kiss. He pulled away breathing heavy. "Vanessa"

"Yea" I said looking up at him. He grabbed my face with his hands and traced his thumb over my lips.

"I wanna show you how much I love you" he kissed my lips again and picked me up bridal style. walking me up staris.

"Just let me do it okay" he shushed me by kissing me again. He carried me into my room and into the bathroom. He sat me down on the counter and walked over towards the walk in shower and turned it on.
