In Y/n's POV

I can't believe that we're finally going on a date! This feels so surreal!! Wait, I'm me, right? This isn't some weird dream or anything?

We were on our way to the room after Lotor cleaned up and got dressed in clean clothes. This time, he was wearing a black work shirt, along with a black overcoat, with black work pants— an all black outfit, basically. He had his glasses on and had his hair up in a low hanging ponytail.

Wow. I felt severally underdressed as I was just wearing a (f/c) longsleeve shirt with (s/f/c) jeans. He was always dressed so formally, wonder why?

"Now, I still want this to be a surprise, so please close your eyes." he ordered nicely, putting my hands over my eyes for me.

"Haha, that rhymed." I could tell he was judging me from where I was, even with my hands covering my eyes. "Okay, okay, just show me already, Lotor!" I said all giddy.

I could hear a pair of doors open wide, and then close again. And then a lock.

"And... now."

I took off my hands from my face and my eyes went wide. Before me was the stars painted on the ceiling, full of constalations. The main attraction was the huge solar system hanging from the ceiling; each one acting like a chair or sofa or even a table.

"Won't that be a hazard...?"

"Don't worry, darling. There's a strong material beneath it made from crystals. Just make sure to not let everyone go up on there at once it there will be injuries." explained the lavender man, now moving onto the next section.

Upstairs, there was a little reading section and a small bookshelf filled with notebooks and journals; probably used for doodling or writing down in. To the center of the upstairs near the entrance, the same crystal was used for the flooring, but had a bed on it.

"A bed..?" I asked.

"You're gonna have to sleep somewhere if you fall asleep here." chuckled Lotor, putting his hand around my waist gently.

"I like the way you think, chief." My eyes sparkled.

"Chief?"

"It's an Earthling thing."

"Ah."

"Well, thank you for this... date? Can you even call this one?" I said, starting to walk downstairs.

"You think we were done? Oh (Y/n), we're just getting started!" chuckled the Emperor, tightening the ponytail he had his hair in. "Follow me."

I followed him back upstairs to the far left, even further than the reading space to a small exit leading to a balcony.

"You can see the entire sky from up here! Lotor-"

"Would you like to take a lift? I would like to take you someplace nice for dinner." asked Lotor, opening up the spacecraft that was on the balcony.

"D-dinner?"

"This is what humans identify as a date, no?"

"I wouldn't know... I've never been on one."

"Well then, that makes two of us." smirked Lotor, getting into the pilot's seat.

After we got there, the waiter sat us at a table in the corner, right by a view of the dazzling night sky.

"This is all so amazing Lotor, but don't you think it's all a bit too much? I would've been fine just staying at the castle and watching movies in the living area." I said, playing with my fork.
