Strawberry was right.

It would be cold.

A grey Toyota Camry drove up, parking in front of my driveway. The driver's side window rolled down, Strawberry waving at me happily.

"Come on! We don't have all day!" She laughed, rolling the window back up.

I opened that side door behind the driver, sitting in the seat. Anna sat in the passenger seat, bickering with a girl that sat in between me and a boy.

"Oh! Hi, Saige!" Anna smiled at me, waving at the girl. "This is my girlfriend Ellie De'Rulo and her brother, Michael De'Rulo." The girl beside me smiled good-naturedly.

"Hi, I'm Ellie, and this guy is my brother, Michael. Nice to meet you." I smiled back shyly. I wasn't good with people.

"It's nice to meet you, Ellie. Hello, Michael." I spoke softly, what I always did when speaking with new people.

Ellie gave her brother a shove in the shoulder, her multi-coloured hair falling around both her shoulders.

Michael looked away from the window, smiling a small smile at me.

"Hi, I'm Michael, Ellie's older brother and the third oldest, after my older sister and brother.

I smiled at him. "Hi. I'm Saige Ewell. The one that was arrested for the apparent tampering of evidence."

He nodded. "Nice to finally meet you." I smiled again. Man, these people are really easy to like.

We arrived at the park near my school. Piling out of the car, we nodded to each other. I knew where are.

This is the supposed crime scene.

I walked into the woods, my bright red hoodie keeping me from disappearing completely. Michael nodded in my direction, getting a shake in response.

I wondered deeper into the woods, pushing branches out of my face. My braids got caught in a low hanging branch, making me stop and untangle them.

"Come on, you stupid tree! Let me go!" I muttered, yanking my braids free. I rolled my eyes at the plant. Stupid nature.

Walking a few more feet, I stopped dead in my tracks. I turned and ran back to the others.

"Guys! I found two more! Guys!" I screamed, branches scratching my face and hands as I ran. The small tree of tangled in my hair again, but I just kept running, ripping my hair free with a few twigs as hitchhikers.

"Guys!" I screamed again, this time getting their attention. "I found two more."
