What would have normally been a regular morning for my friends and I quickly turned into a horror film.

Tenia Wile, 17-year-old senior of  Sinto High School in Northern Ohio, was found, murdered, on the morning of March 15th, assaulted and nude. Her body showed signs of sexual assault and the cause of death was ruled as strangulation.

That's what the police claim, seeing that they 'haven't fully examined the body'.

Me? I call it a bunch of hocus pocus. She was murdered, a killer is on the loose. Why is everyone standing around?

When I told my friends—Katy, Kateri and Vanessa—this, they gave me a look that only meant I was crazy.

"Saige," Katy asks me gently, "Is everything okay? Because you're asking crazy questions and I'm gonna slap you if you keep doing it." I sigh. Yeah, that's my luck. It's not that I didn't think my friends are awesome—they are!—it's just that they don't get what I'm trying to say sometimes.

"Katy, there's a murderer on the loose! Why isn't anyone worried?" I want to know. This isn't just something that happened because of a petty little fight.

This is a crime of passion.

Think about it; a sane person wouldn't just assault and murder someone in such a hands-on way. It has to be someone Tenia Wile knew.

And I want to know the Why behind the What, How, When and Where. If things continue, a new victim might be unlucky enough to be next.

I walk into the library downtown, scanning through the dusty volumes in the darker part of the library. I stopped when I found the report on Tenia Wile.

I sat it down with my stuff, skimmed it and went back to searching.

I stopped again when I found the file on Freesia Ares.

I placed the two files next to each other, brought out a piece of paper and a pencil and began taking notes of the autopsies of the girls.

When I finished, I looked over my work;

Cause of death: strangulation and blunt force trauma to the skull.
State of body when found: nude and assaulted.
Other facts: both were black females in their teens. Both Freesia and Tenia had a connection to Arra Rus.

Arra Rus.

That's when I found my prime suspect.
