Stiles was bored and tired of sitting down. He wanted to walk around. He wanted to go out. He wanted to know more about his powers. And most of all, he wanted to do something.

ADHD was usually the source of his problems.

Shouldn't they send someone in to interrogate me? Stiles was starting to get worried. What if there was an attack and they forgot about him?

Sighing, Stiles tried to focus on the good side of life. Scott succeeding to keep a surprise party for Stiles actually a secret—no. Scott left him for dead. Lydia finally going to a dance with him—no. Lydia left him for dead. His mom singing him a lullaby—no. His mom died. Derek actually protecting him for once in his life—no. Derek left him for dead. Allison having one of those sister-brother moments with him—no. He killed her.

You killed Allison. He pushed away his thoughts. His dad being there for him no matter what. Concentrate on that.

"You're done?" Bruce asked.

Tony nodded. "I can make copies for whoever wants to try. And someone needs to try."

"Everyone," Steve said. "It makes the most sense. We have the same time limit as the boy, okay?"

"That reminds me," Clint said. "Are we ever gonna call him his actual name?"

"Nah," Tony said. "'The Kid' has a nice ring to it. Everyone take one."

The papers were distributed to everyone.

Tony frowned. "Two people can't take the test."

"Why two?" Steve asked.

"One for watching the Kid," Tony said, "the other for the timer."

"We don't need the timer," Clint said.

"We can use an alarm clock," Natasha said. "Bruce is watching the Kid."

"Okay," Tony said. "Bruce, tell me when the Kid can start, and then we'll do the same. The test is going to be 1 hour or so."

"Okay," Bruce said, entering the room.

After what seemed like forever, the door finally opened. Bruce Banner stood there.

"Hullo," Stiles said. "I'm bored, Bruce. Got something to do?"

"Here," Bruce said, giving him a stack of paper. "This is a test, okay? So you wouldn't be bored."

"Thank you," Stiles said. It was a genuine thanks. "I didn't think you'd actually do anything to satisfy my boredom."

"Don't mention it," Bruce said. "The test is going to be an hour or so. When you're ready, I'll give you a pen and you can start."

"Aren't you scared?" Stiles asked.

"Scared of what?" Bruce asked.

"Me using the pen?" Stiles asked.

"I'll know when you're trying to break the cuffs," Bruce answered.

"Not that," Stiles said. "I can use the pen and throw it into your eye or something."

"I'm trusting you not to do that," Bruce said. He looked nervous, though. "Thanks for the warning."

"Welcome," Stiles said. "I think I'm ready—wait a second."

"What?" Bruce asked.

"Sorry to burst your bubble," Stiles said. "But I'm kind of right handed. You can take the cuffs and put it on my left hand?"
