Stiles sighed, sitting on the Nemeton. On normal days, he would've thought that stupid tree stump would kill him if he so much as touch it, but Stiles was in a bad mood.
The nogitsune was back, weaker than ever. Nevertheless, it was back. Stiles wanted to punch it, but he's a spirit in his head. So it was probably not gonna work.
"Where do you think you're going?" a voice—female, familiar, but not heard in a long time—rang out.
"Nowhere...? I just sat on a tree stump. Why would I move?" Stiles said, as if it was obvious.
The girl that held that voice came out of the darkness. Her face brightened and she smiled her usual smile—like she never visited the skin-walkers at all. "Hi."
"Really, Kira? I thought you'd never play the 'darkness' thing," Stiles said. "What do you want?"
"To talk," Kira said.
"About?"
"You seemed upset just now," Kira said. "And when I mean just now, I meant in the afternoon."
Stiles looked up at the sky and lay his back on the stump, his hands serving as a cushion for his head—the sky was a dark blue, stars shining brightly, the full-moon seemed to shine like a crystal. Stiles loved the night, especially when it was like this. It wasn't the darkness that would consume him. This was the more tame, beautiful one. "You were there?"
"Yeah. I was in the woods, actually," Kira said. "Because I saw you with the Avengers and kind of wondered what was going on."
"The Avengers..." Stiles trailed off, trying to remember who they were. "Huh?"
"Wake up," Kira said, snapping her fingers in his face.
Stiles's eyes weren't focused, and his brain felt like it didn't want to work. It was like those times when you were in a really boring lecture and looked at the clock. But you looked at the clock for too long and just stared at nothing, and nothing seemed to get into your brain. Basically, spacing out. His mouth opened, but no words came out.
Kira looked at him worriedly. She flashed her true eyes to him, and he jolted awake. "What?"
"I asked what was going on. Why you were with the Avengers and all that," Kira said.
"Oh. I was kicked out of the Pack," Stiles said casually, like he said it everyday.
"Why?"
"I killed Allison and Aiden," Stiles said.
"I thought they sorted that out," Kira said.
"Apparently not," Stiles said. "Scott has another girlfriend now, by the way."
"It's okay," Kira said. "I don't really want a boyfriend anymore. I mean, it was great, being with him. But I think it was better without a love life."
"Agreed," Stiles said, fist-bumping the kitsune. "I still feel like I should be doing something, though."
"Like going home?" Kira asked.
"That's what it was," Stiles said, standing up. "Care to follow me out of the woods, my lady?"
"What, you scared?" Kira asked, and stood up without touching Stiles's hand. She brushed her hands on her shirt. "I think I can get home on my own."
"I don't really know where 'home' is anymore," Stiles admitted. "Do you think I should just sleep in Roscoe?"
"I thought that thing died already," Kira said.
"Hey, Roscoe would never die," Stiles said.
"Why do you care about her so much? She's just a Jeep," Kira said, walking.
Stiles shrugged. "She's been with us since Scott became a werewolf. It's impossible to say bye to her."
"I guess the only thing that you like in Beacon Hills is Roscoe," Kira chuckled.
"To be honest, I don't hate the Pack. I just don't like you guys hating me," Stiles said. "And I created the forcefield because of the whole Scott trying to kill me thing."
"If he kills you, he wouldn't be a True Alpha anymore," Kira said. "Just a normal Alpha."
"I know," Stiles said. "I just wished there was a way my powers can attack instead of defend. I mean, attack is the best form of defence, right?"
"I wouldn't say that," Kira said. "But yeah, it might be better if you can attack with your powers."
"All I can do is be smart and Spark-ish," Stiles sighed. "Not that I'm complaining. Being Spark-ish is a privilege that everyone on earth currently doesn't have. But I don't have strength."
"Isn't brain better than brawn?" Kira asked. "That's what I learn from movies."
"No. Usually, brawn beats brain. It's stupid, but it's true. Unless the brawn has some crazy secret, the brain can't beat him. Like wa-pao! the brawn punches the brain in the face. E=MC square! The brawn backs away and cries," Stiles said. "It doesn't even make sense."
"But CADMUS beat Supergirl by using technology," Kira said. Before Stiles could react, she said, "Yes, I watch Supergirl. Get over it."
"But that's because Supergirl had a secret that her power could run out," Stiles pointed out. "And not everyone has that type of technology, you know."
"You have Tony Stark," Kira said.
"It's not like I can use his tech," Stiles said. Kira pointed at a house.
"That's mine," Kira said. "Bye!"
"Bye," Stiles said.

Stiles was sleeping in Roscoe. Suddenly, a loud knock jerked him awake. "Stiles! Open up!"
Stiles wiped his groggy eyes and looked out the window. Tony. "Okay."
He opened the door and Tony hugged him, then sighed. "Next time you want to disappear into the woods like Cinderella, tell us first."
"You guys worried about me or something?" Stiles smirked.
"I think you don't want to spend more time here," Steve said.
"Yep," Stiles said.
"Do you want to go home?" Tony asked.
"Home, as in...?" Stiles asked.
"Avengers Tower," Tony replied. "Do you not know where's home anymore?"
"Well, they say that 'home is where the heart is'," Stiles said. "I don't know what my heart thinks, but whatever. Let's go?"
"Yep," Tony said.
