Luhan's POV

I'm exhausted.

Jogging around the park for a couple hours can be very tiring. I'm panting and breathing heavily on a bench at the moment. I glance at some people as they pass by me. Some kids were disrespectfully pointing their index fingers at me as they laughed. Their parents tugged at their intertwined hands and their kids looked up innocently at them. I chuckled at the entertaining sight.

I know today's a work day; it is a Friday. The last day of work for this week. I just needed a break and Mr. Mae let me. I'm glad though.

Chanyeol and Yoon are still working diligently. Here I am, walking down the sides of the streets, looking for a cafe to grab a drink. I spot a cafe around the corner and head over to it. I push the glass doors and walk in. Loud voices of people conversing with each other fill my ears. I walk to the counter to purchase myself a strawberry milkshake. I grab my milkshake from the counter and left the cashier the amount of money required for me to pay. I then walk to an empty table and sit down.

I look out the window. It's drizzling now. People take their umbrellas out to cover themselves and prevent themselves to be drenched in water. I sip on my milkshake. The soft sounds of the rain comforts me. I snuggle into my jacket to keep myself warm in this freezing weather. The temperature must be very low. It's close to December. Lucky me, I reached the cafe before it started raining.

It's been an hour. I look down to my watch and see that it's two in the afternoon. My milkshake was long gone. I stand up and throw the empty cup into a trashcan before leaving the cafe. I stuff my hands into the pockets of my sweats and stroll down the streets of Seoul.

Humming my favourite song, I turn to my left and I can see the large mansion of Yoon and Chanyeol's in the distance. I resume my humming as I get closer to the mansion.

I finally reached and knock on the front door. A minute later, the door opens and reveals Mina, a smile on her face.

"Welcome back, Luhan," she greeted me.

"Yup, I'm back," I told her and skip my way into the living room.

Stopping in my tracks, I sniff the air as some familiar smell invades my nose.

Spaghetti!

I dash into the kitchen and I see Yoon in an apron stirring something in a pot on the stove. I bet she heard me once she turned her head to look my way. She smiles sweetly at me.

"Hey, Luhan. How's the jog?" she greeted me.

"How'd you know?" I questioned her and sit down on a stool by the counter.

"Oh, Mina told me," she said as she puts the large spoon down and switches the stove off.

She then grabs a plate of dry spaghetti noodles and brings it closer to the pot from before. She pours an enough amount of tomato sauce on it and places the plate in front of me. I thank her and start devouring the food waiting for me.

I look up at Yoon and see her mouth opens to say something. I beat her to it and hold both my thumbs out for her to see. She sighs in relief and turns her back to me, she grabs the large spoon and stirs some more.

Just as I swallow my last fork of spaghetti, Chanyeol enters the kitchen. I don't think he noticed my presence. He walks up behind Yoon and back hugs her. He leaned in and whispers something in her ear. I can't hear it though. I sigh out loud to catch their attention. Chanyeol snaps his head to look my way. I smirk at his surprised expression.

"Miss me?" I tease him. I then stand up to put my plate in the sink.

I hear Chanyeol scoff. I look at him and raise an eyebrow.
