Stu Bennett officially Lucha Underground

Lucha Underground Season Four ended this week; November 7, 2018 with the episode Ultima Lucha Cuatro (full summary here). This is the end of a season that, like previous editions, ended with a big cliffhanger. This time it's former WWE wrestler Wade Barrett, now known as Stu Bennett, who unveiled himself to the public in a short backstage segment where he thanked Antonio Cueto for the sacrifice of his son. He then said that it was time for him to control the world.

We can therefore guess that he will have a great role for season five of the Lucha Underground. At the moment the shooting of Season Five has still not been announced and the network El Rey has still not confirmed to the producers of Lucha Underground that the channel will extend for a new season. But if all goes well, we will have to deal with Stu Bennett : he confirmed his role on Twitter, he will now be called "The Lord".

Stu Bennett found himself playing two influential roles on the wrestling scene : he was the General Manager of WOS Wrestling in the UK and now the "master" of underground Lucha.
