Mommy Lauren And Little Camila

Camila pov
I held on to Lauren's hand as we excited the bathroom. I couldn't help but hold on to her. She helped me calm down. She gave my hand a little squeeze as we entered the cafeteria. "You wanna sit with me and Dinah, she is my friend she is nice I promise" Lauren says to me, pulling me toward a 4 seat table where a tall blonde was sitting. I hid behind Lauren as we approached the table. " Oh hey laur and... " She greets Lauren and looks at me with a smile. I smile back a little. She is nice. " I am Camila" I say to her in a small voice sitting down beside Lauren and taking out my lunch which I had to make a pbj sandwich. " That's all you are going to have ?" Lauren asks me looking at my lunch. I give her a small nod and release my hand from her larger one. Which I were holding on to. I ate my lunch quietly untill I heard the voice of the girl who scared yelled at me a few moments ago. She entered the cafeteria laughing loudly at something. I shuffled closer to Lauren, fisting on to her jacket. My little side is slowing coming out. " What's wrong Camila ? " Lauren's ask me noticing my tight grip on her. I looked at the girl and shook my head. Hiding into her side. She wraps her arm around me and rubbing my back softly. She looked at the girl who was giving me a death glare and joined the two and two. " Camila was she the one who yelled at you ?" I just managed to give a small nod before. I felt Lauren get up and move towards her. I shook my head and tears started to come out and I hid behind my hands afraid of what was going to happen. I don't want Lolo to get hurt. I heard faint yelling and then soon the same warm arms elope me. " Hey, look at me " Lauren softly said into my ear and I looked up at her. " She won't bother you anymore okay. If anyone does come to me" I nod my head at this and closed my half eaten lunch box. " Finish that Camila. You don't want your mom scolding you right ? " I was not ready to talk about that yet. Yes my parents were still a very touchy subject for me. I simply shook my head and kept the box inside my bad. Since it was the first day it was only half day today means classes till the lunch break. The bell rang signaling that we were free to go home. I got up only to be blocked by Lauren who was siting in front of me. " Is someone coming to pick you up ?" I shook my head and said " it's not far". Lauren looked at me and smiled a little. " My house is not far too. Let's go " she said getting up and stretching her hand for me to take. I slipped my smaller hand into her and got up. " Bye camila it was nice to meet you. If someone troubles you come to me I will give them a Polly beat down " Dinah excitedly said to me although I had no idea what a Polly beat down was. We walked out of the cafeteria my hand still holding on to Lauren's afraid of letting go. I wish I had a mommy to get home to and not be alone tonight again. I sighed as we excited the school building earning a worried look from Lauren but I gave her a small smile and started leading us towards my house.
