Today was the day. He never thought it would happen, but it did. He was fine at first but every second, minute, hour, he was crumbling down.

Adam couldn't help it, what if he didn't allow Roddy to...but that would make him the bad friend, boyfriend. He and Roddy were on and off since Roddy is engaged to Marina Shafir.

It was supposed to be just a "one night stand" type of relationship between Adam and Roddy, but it sparked a little. Then Troy came into the picture, Adam was proud of Roddy being a father, but a part of him also were jealous,he wish that someday he and Roddy could have kids too.

He remembered it was one of the random talks at night where Adam and Roddy could have a small wedding, just having their best friends over to invite.

Unfortunately for Adam, he was feeling for Britt at the same time period, that even confused between the two guys. Not knowing what to feel and it frustrates them. They haven't talked in months because of that.

Fast forward to the wedding, Adam and Britt were invited of course and it was...a happy day indeed. That is..for Adam? He was 50/50 on this. He was excited but, can't help feel the sting. It hurts.

*Skips the wedding*

Hours after the celebration, Adam decided to bring Roddy  to the park nearby the place, maybe they could settle their difference in awkwardness. Roddy couldn't hep but stare at Adam in awe.

Adam can feel him staring and felt his cheeks were burning, blushing as a result. By the time they arrived, they walked around the park hand in hand. Adam feel like his insides hurt, he never felt like this, he wasn't ready to let Roddy go either.

When they stopped at a nearby bench, they sat down for a while, chatted a little while about the wedding until Adam point it out. "You know we can't do this anymore?"

"What? Adam what are you trying to -"

"I'm saying that you're already tied with Marina and you have Troy as a proof. I think we should stop seeing each other like this. It's not gonna work anymore". 

Roddy looked down, confused at first, "But Adam, we can still do this, we done it for years, you and me. I...Love you".  "Roddy, shut the fuck up! When I say we're done, we're done! We can talk but it's for the act, for NXT, but besides that, I'm staying away from you, there's no more us, you hear me?"

As soon as he said that, the weather felt the hurt too. It rains, heavily. 

"Goodbye Roddy. Thanks for all the bullshit". 

Roddy stood there as his eyes looked at Adam as he walks away, his tears then fell like the rain itself. Every questions ran through his mind. Is it guilt? Of Course it is, he knows it is the truth. He chose to marry Marina and have Troy together, while that Roddy never knew that Adam was actually loving him, he wasn't playing with him, or just for the sake of fucking, but it was with genuine feelings. 

Adam cried as he kept walking away from the place, but every step he took, it pains him, he kept thinking if this was the right decision because he knows he couldn't turn back and knows he's gonna regret it and because of that, he could have fight for it, but he didn't.  

Meanwhile

Roddy fell on the ground on his knees, cried so hard, if he could chaneg what he had done but he knows that he can't. Marina was so patient and so good to him, he couldn't leave her, they just got married too. He wouldn't dare to hurt her, he promised her too.
