Adam Cole/Roderick Strong (High School AU)

Adam Cole, the name most of the other students praised, why? Because he was one of the bullies in the school, acting like the Mafia, running territories around within the halls.  but that was not the reason he was praised. 

He was praised because he is a rare species. Not only his character as a bully but he is a straight A student too. Who would have thought a slacker like him, could be like that, rumors shown that he was cheating his way to grades but he proved them wrong by taking the exams with all the teachers surrounding every angle of the examination hall. Unfortunately there is someone who had caught Adam to a pause, he actually had, well, feelings for this person, guy to be exact. 

His name is Roderick Strong, he wasn't like Adam, he was treated differently because of his lack of grades. they even called him the D student because he keeps getting the same grade during exams, D. That was it, this even bothered Roddy because of his grades, nobody wanted to be friends with him. That one time it was ranking reports day. Of course, Roddy was pretty disappoint, not knowing when will he will improve his grades, he studied so much, why wasn't it helping, he looked down on the paper as he just wants to get out of the place so called hell because while others were happy, he wasn't. 

Until he bumped into someone, "Hey". It was Adam, Roddy blushed as he scrambled to gather up his books. "Please, don't hurt me or stuffed me to the lockers". Adam kept quiet as he went down and help Roddy gather his things. "Why are you helping me?" 

Adam smiled, "I get it, a typical would never do this but hey, you're lucky". Roddy actually rolled eyes as his response, "I saw you rank by the way". With immediate respond, Roddy snatched it away as he was embarrassed. "Defensive much? I mean it's not bad". Roddy groaned as he wanted to just walk, no , even better, run away.

But Adam stopped him, "Can we talk?"

"About what?"

Adam then took out his ranking paper. "Hold this for me", Roddy was hesitatn at first but hold it, "There, since you hold my number 1 rank, that means you're my number 1, get it?" Roddy scoffed, pretending to puke in the process. Adam laughed instead, "I'm giving it to you because I like you, I'm not saying it because we just bumped to each other but I really like you, and yeah, also helping you be number 1 too".

"I don't, need your pity because my grades are not as good as yours". Adam sighed, "I know but remember what I said at first, I like you, can we just at least try?"

Roddy looked up at hum, eye contact which terrified Adam on what kind of respond he was going to give. "You're not...teasing me or playing with me aren't you?". Adam smiled, "No, don't worry, I'll prove it you, I promise". 

And so he did.
