Kensi closed her eyes and Deeks started crying compulsively, as he thought she was dead. In that exact moment, an ambulance came up and the paramedics took an inconscient Kensi to the inside of the ambulance, where they gave her oxygen. Deeks right away asked the paramedics if his partner was dead.

- No, your partner isn't dead, but she lost a lot of blood and she's really weak, so we need to get her to the hospital immediatly or she'll get an internal bleeding. - Said one of the paramedics, who was very busy.

- Can I go in the ambulance? Please, I can't just leave my partner like that! - Screamed Deeks, with tears in his eyes. Seeing Deeks like that, the paramedic had no choice but to let him in, even though he said a million times that he opened an exception to the blonde guy because he noticed that he REALLY cared about his partner. So Deeks sat right next to an inconscient Kensi, while holding her hand, on a trip that seemed to last forever, even though it only lasted for like 5 minutes or something. As soon as the ambulance got to the hospital, Kensi was sent to the operation room, where she'd have a big surgery, the one who'd decide her faith: would she live, or would she die? While the doctors were doing all they could to help Kensi, Deeks was in the waiting room, walking impatiently, when Callen and Sam got there for support.

- What the hell happened at the Navy Seal's house?! - Shouted Callen, mad at Deeks.

- I don't know man, okay? I don't know! All I know is that the person I care about the most on this planet is somewhere in this giant hospital having the biggest surgery of her life, and I can't do absolutely anything to help her! - Screamed a confused and crying Deeks.

- Give him a break, G. He's not making a detailed report about what happened at the mansion. Let's wait for Kensi to come out of the operation room and later we'll figure out what happened. - Said Sam with a low voice, trying to calm everybody down.

- Thanks, man. - Said Deeks while hugging Sam. After what they went through with the torture, Sam and Deeks knew they could trust each other, for life. After three hours sitting in those uncomfortable hospital chairs, Kensi's doctor shows up in the waiting room and Deeks, Callen and Sam get up and Deeks immediatly asks with a nervous and shaking voice:

- Please tell us something good, doctor. We can't take this anymore.

- Please, sit. I don't bring good news, fellows...
