AN: I promised a Divergent fanfiction to quite a few of my friends. The result? I will be shunned until I post it. So here it is. And to my friends out there, here it is. And here I am! Don't shun me! That includes readers, which means.... you're smart, you know what I'm asking for. If you don't, well, you'll figure it out (Read the author's note at the end.)
By the way, I don't own Divergent. If I did, Allegiant would not have ended the way it did.
And like so many other heartbreakingly hopeful fanfics, there is no war. And this may evolve into an actual fanfic with Candor or Dauntless games here and there.
TRIS POV:
I was woken up, again, by that person who I hate and love. Christina was banging on my door like there was a fire and I was the only one that could save her. That only fooled me the first few times though. As soon as I get up and open the door, Christina squeals, hugs me and says, "Special occasion! So, we're going shopping!"
"Great, what's the occasion now? Someone's throwing a party again? We're NOT gatecrashing!"
"That was only once, and I was drunk! And no, we're having an epic game of Candor or Dauntless at Zeke's place tonight!"
"A game of what?"
"You've never played Candor or Dauntless? Right, I forgot, Abnegation."
"Yeah, genius"
Christina proceeded to explain the rules to me, and I also understood why I had to wear layers. This was going to be very hard for Abnegation me.
"Ok, well if you do have to take off your shirt, we want Four to positively drool."
"CHRISTINA!!!"
Well, since when has she ever taken yes for an answer?
4 hours later (pure torture), I was appropriately dolled up and wearing short black jean shorts over black knee length leggings. My hair was curled and put up in a french twist, while I was wearing a bejeweled tank top under a silvery off-the shoulder crop top that said "I'm Tough" and that was under a leather moto jacket with black studs on the shoulders. I was also wearing long dangly earrings and a fist stud on the top of my ear. You could see my ravens and my Dauntless tattoo on one shoulder when I took off my jacket. My makeup emphasized my grey-blue eyes and my lips. I looked, almost, pretty...
When we arrived, Four was joking around with Zeke. I snuck up behind him, successfully for once, and jumped on him, knocking us both to the ground.
"Wow, Tris...", he whispered.
"Well would you look at that? Even the famous Four is made speechless by his girlfriend!", Zeke smirked.
"Damn, Tris!" Uriah whistled.
"Hello? Dauntless prodigy here who will beat up anyone who eyes my girlfriend?" Four growled.
"Let's just start before anyone goes to the infirmary" Christina called.
And with that, we sat in a circle and began.
AN: Haha! Cliffie! Although I will probably be shunned until I put up the next chapter
I didn't really think that through.
Ah, well. Companionship can come in the form of reviews! (AKA, what I wanted earlier...)
If you don't review, I will set Four on you, and I think Uriah can come up with a pretty good prank to scare the living daylights out of you as well.
(Innocent Smile) reviews! Thanks!
