Three sided love (Steve x Bucky x Reader)

I put on a polka dot dress, I matched then with cute red heels and and my emergency backpack. I wanted to be prepared for a grenade this time so I put in everything I needed. I combed y strawberry blonde hair and I put it up in a high pony tail. I put on some lipstick and I was ready to go.

knock knock

"Steven can you get that please?"

"I'm not ready yet (y/n)"

"Fine I'll get it myself"

Bucky was standing there as I opened the door he was looking handsome as usual. He gasped when he saw me and I couldn't help but blush. 

"wow (y/n) I'm speechless you looks AMAZING"

"You're not looking bad yourself Barnes" I said as my face turned very very red.

"Steve!? Steven? STEVEN GRANT ROGERS" I screamed

"What what?" Steve said as he rushed down the stairs

"We're gonna be late" Bucky said as he checked his watch

"Calm down(y/n) you sound like my mom and Buck we're gonna be fine" Steve said out of breath

We took a taxi to the expo, Steve was at the front as me and Bucky sat awkwardly next to each other. Our hands brushing against each other's finally Steve broke the silence 

"Buck, did you get me a date? I don't want to be in the middle of you and (y/n)'s relationship" 

"Steve? what? Did you want a date?" Bucky said confused

Steve rolled his eyes

What's wrong? I thought was the idea of me and Bucky together upsetting him? Was he just upset about loosing his mom? I couldn't tell.

We got to the expo it was so grand, back in New Jersey there weren't big fairs. I saw Howard Stark and I was about to die! The HOWARD STARK is here!

"ho- Howard stark is here? How?" I asked

"Why do you think its called Stark expo genius? Howard stark runs it" Bucky said laughing

"So what makes you, you? tell me more about yourself"

"Well I'm 18, I'm from New Jersey, my mom's a nurse so my whole life I was trained to help people, my dad's a martial artist so I also grew up defending myself. My dad passed away when I was 11 due to heart failure and well my mom passed away yesterday. So thats me" I said white my face looking bath the ground

"Hey umm I'm gonna see. if I can still apply to become a solider" Steve said

Steve looked very uncomfortable in this conversation and it seemed like he was the odd one out

"wait wait before you go I have to tell you and barnes something" I said excitedly

"I'm going to join the war"

"(y/n) you're a girl, you can't join" Bucky said in an informative voice as I didn't know that before.

"Wow Buck that a great way to impress a girl you like" Steve said as he rolled his eyes 

"First thing tomorrow I'm going to go apply to be a solider, so my name's Connor, Connor Barnes, cousin of James Barnes and I'm also chopping of my hair so I become more masculine.

"You're crazy" Steve and Bucky said in unison

"Well that's me"
