"What's happening Steve?" I said when I woke up, Steve was laying on the other bed looking at me

"What do you mean?" Steve said confused 

"I heard you're conversation with Dr. Erskine"

"oh yeah it's nothing"

"Steve"

"Oh ok fine (y/n)"

"I'm having a procedure to turn me into a "super solider", all my illnesses will go away." he said

"Steve, are you sure, is this save?"

"Yes it is I trust Dr. Erskine, you should come."

"Do yo want me to?"

"Yea- Yeah"

"Ok I'll come then" I said as I brushed my teeth ready for the day

I ate some breakfast as Steve was siting there because he couldn't eat anything before the surgery. I got in a car with Steve and Peggy

"Ms Carter."

"Who is this?"

"Barnes, Connor Barnes. Bucky Barnes's cousin"

"Oh ok"

We drove around to somewhere.

"I know this neighborhood. I got beat up in that alley. And that parking lot. And behind that diner."

 Did you have something against running away?

 You start running they'll never let you stop. You stand up, push back. Can't say no forever, right?

 I know a little of what that's like. To have every door shut in your face.

 I guess I just don't why you'd wanna join the army if you're a beautiful dame. Or a beautiful... a woman. An agent, not a dame! You are beautiful, but...

 You have no idea how to talk to a woman, do you?

 This is the longers conversation I've had with one. Women aren't exactly lining up to dance with a guy they might step on.

 You must have danced?

 Well, asking a woman to dance always seems so terrifying. And the past few years just didn't seem to matter that much. Figured I'd wait.

 "Wonderful weather this morning isn't it?" The shop owner said

"Yes, but I always carry an umbrella." Peggy said 

"Good morning! Are you ready? Good. Take off your shirt, your tie and your hat"

Mr Erskine asked me and Peggy and me to go sit upstairs 

 "Comfortable?" Erskine asked Steve 

t's a little big. You save me any of that schnapps?

 "Not as much as I should have. Sorry. Next time. Mr. Stark, how are your levels?"

"Levels at 100%."

 "Good."" We may dim half the lights in Brooklyn, but we are ready as we'll ever be"

"That wasn't so bad." Steve said as they injected him

" That was penicillin."

 "Serum infusion beginning in five, four, three, two, one. Now, Mr. Stark." said Dr. Erskine

"Steven, can you hear me?"

"It's probably too late to go to the bathroom, right?"

That's ten percent. Twenty percent. Thirty. That's 40 %.

 Vital signs are normal.

 "That's 50 %. Sixty. Seventy." Dr Erskine said as Steve screamed

 "Steven! Shut it down."Peggy screamed

 "Steven!" I screamed 

"Shut it down!" I said as I banged the wall

 "Kill the reactor, Mr. Stark! Turn it off! Kill it! Kill the reactor!"

No! Don't! I can do this!

Eighty. Ninety. That's 100 %. 

"Mr. Stark?" Mr Erskine said as he opened the pod Steven was in after being transformed into a super-soldier 

 "Steven. Steven."

 "The son of a gun did it." someone said

 "I did it." Steven said proudly 

"Yeah, yeah. I think we did it." Stark said 

 "How do you feel?" I asked 

"Taller." he chuckled 

 "You look taller" I chuckled 

He was actually very buff and tall, he had a muscular body. I was amazed! Wow I always saw him as a petite blonde and seeing him tall and buff just amazed me! wow technology these days. 

There was an explosion and this guy ran out with the serum, Steven chased after him.

"Stay here Connor" Peggy said 

"DON'T GO ANYWHERE" she stared at me.
