Chapter 1

You were in your mom's hospital room. "You know that I love you with all my heart y/n?" your mother asked. You nod your head, "Yes mom, of course I do. I love you.". Your mother closed her eyes and stopped breathing. The heart rate monitor went flat and you began to cry. Your dad put his arms around you and hugged you. "Everything is going to be alright", he explained. But deep down you knew that wasn't the case. You just lost your best friend.

9 months later...
You were in your empty room packing up the last box. You look around your bare room and remember all the memories with your mom in this room. A single tear fell down your cheek but you quickly wipe it off. "Y/n are you all ready?", your dad asked. You rolled your eyes, pick up the last box and head downstairs. You finally got to the living room and saw your dad. "So, you ready?", he asked again. You gave him a death glare and said, "Do I really have a choice?", you walked to the car and put your box in the back seat and sit in the passenger seat. You look out the window and see your childhood house and whisper to yourself, "I'll miss you.". You drive off and are on the road to your "new life".
