Chapter 14

I made it home with tears and blood still running down my face. Good thing no one was home. I got inside and headed straight into the bathroom. I looked at myself in the mirror saw something so horrifying.

It was a huge black and blue bruise on my nose. I start to lightly touch it hissing at the sudden pain. I turn the water on and wash away the dry blood.

How am I going to hide this from dad?

Once my face was finally cleaned off I look at myself again. I took a deep breath.

Okay. It's just a bruise. I can use makeup to hide it.

I started putting on a butt load of foundation and concealer on to hide this humongous bruise. Once I looked all brand new I pick up my backpack and head back to school.

By the time I got back to school first period was about to end so I just waited by my locker waiting for the bell to ring.

After a couple minutes the bell finally rings. I immediately head towards my second class. I was in such a rush I ran into someone.

?: "Y/n?"

I didn't say anything I just froze looking at them with a terrified look on my face.

?: "Y/n?"

I was in shock. The next thing I know is my eyes start to roll backwards and I fall to the ground.

Zach's POV:
As soon as Y/n left with tears in her eyes I looked in the direction where she was coming from. I saw Jonah with his fists clenched and with a worried face. I walk towards him and Daniel.

D: "What is wrong with you man?! Why did you punch Y/n??"

He did what??

Z: "You did what to my sister?", I said with anger in my voice. Clenching and unclenching my fists.
Jo: "Bro it was an accident I swear-", I started punching him. Fist after fist.

How dare he hurt her. I told him on the first day he saw her to specifically not hurt her. And what does he do? Fucking punches her.

All I was seeing was red. I kept punching him and I was slowly starting to realize something. I wasn't feeling anything. I wasn't getting hit. Jonah was taking it. I slowly stopped and looked at him. I gave him a few cuts and a busted lip. I stand up and offered him my hand.

Z: "I'm sorry bro"
Jo: "No I deserve it. I didn't mean to hurt her man. It was a complete accident. I promise it won't happen again"
Z: "Yeah it won't happen again because you're not allowed to talk to her or be around her anymore"
Jo: "Zach look I'm sorry but you can't tell me what to do. Last time I checked you're not the boss of me. And I'll let
Y/n decide if she wants me to be her friend or not", after he said that he walked away.

Your POV:
My eyes slowly started to flutter open. Once I regained my sight from the bright light I slowly started to get up. I realized I was in the nurse's office. I turn to see the nurse

Y: "What happened?"
N: "Oh good you're awake. You just fainted and a nice gentleman came and brought you in here"

Someone brought me in here? Who?

Y: "Do you know exactly who brought me in here?"
N: "Uh I believe his name Jon or Jeremy or something like that"

Do I know a Jon or Jeremy?

After the nurse checked to see if I was alright, she let me go and it was already lunch time. I started to head to the cafeteria when I hear my name being yelled across the hall. I turn to see this attractive guy with brown hair that kinda spiked up, beautiful blue eyes, and a small little tooth gap.

D: "Hey y/n, you okay?"
Y: "Yeah I just fainted not that big of a deal. Um I do have one question"
D: "I have an answer"
Y: "Who are you?"
