Chapter 15

Daniel's POV
Y: "Who are you?", she asked with so much curiosity.

How could she not know who I am? I'm her boyfriend for crying out loud. Is she playing a prank on me? Oh my god she's playing a prank on me.

D: "Hahaha very funny y/n"
Y: "What's so funny?"
D: "Stop pretending you don't know who I am. The jokes over I caught onto your little game"
Y: "I have no idea who you are or what you're talking about"

Oh shit. She's serious.

As I'm about to tell her who I am Jonah comes up to us.

Jo: "Hey guys what's up?"

'What's up'? Seriously that's all he can say after what he did to y/n? 'What's up'? You know what's gonna be up? My foot up his a- okay getting a little carried away over here.

Y: "Oh hey Jonah", she says with a smile and hugs him. I look at her confused. "Okay so are you gonna tell me who you are or what?"
D: "You seriously don't remember me?", she shakes her head, "It's me Daniel. Your boyfriend." She starts laughing. "What's so funny?", I asked frustratedly.
Y: "I'm pretty sure you're not my boyfriend"
D: "Of course I am. Even ask Jonah", I said pointing to him.
Y: "Why would I ask my boyfriend if you're my boyfriend?"

Did she just call Jonah her boyfriend?

D: "Jonah, tell her I'm her loving boyfriend"
Jo: "I would. But I'm her boyfriend". I narrow my eyes at him.
D: "Jonah can we talk for a sec?", he rolls his eyes and we start walking to a corner. "What the fuck are you doing Marais?"
Jo: "I don't know what you're talking about?"
D: "Oh cut the act. Why are you lying to y/n? And why does she remember you but not what you did to her? And why doesn't she remember her real boyfriend, me?"
Jo: "Bro I don't know. Something must've happened when she fainted"
D: "Like short term memory loss?"
Jo: "Yeah that thing". I mentally face palm my head.
D: "Well we have to get her memory back. Like now"
Jo: "I guess it was fun while it lasted", I narrow my eyes at him again.

We turn around to go to y/n but once we turn fully around she was gone. I sigh and start walking.

Jo: "Bro where are you going?"
D: "To class. I have first period with her"

She wasn't in first period. Where is this girl? It's finally lunch time and I haven't seen y/n since this morning. I sit down at the table we normally eat at. I see Zach and Jonah walking in together. Guess their fight didn't last long. They both sit down and continue their conversation.

D: "Has anyone seen y/n?"
Z: "Oh yeah she was walking with me and Jonah"
D: "So where is she now?"
Jo: "Bro relax. She's coming, she had to use the little girls room"

After what felt like eternity was actually minutes, y/n comes walking into the cafeteria. She sits in between Jonah and I. She starts having conversations with everyone at the table.

Except for me.

Why doesn't she remember me? Why couldn't she have forgotten about Jonah?

Suddenly I feel someone's hand on my shoulder. It was y/n.

Y: "You okay?"
D: "You know, I'm feeling fantastic! It's just great when you're girlfriend forgets her boyfriend!", I said with sarcasm.
Y: "I can't help what I can and can't remember Daniel. I'm sorry"
D: "No I know it's not you're fault, I'm sorry", she gives me a small smile, "Look why don't we (hehe pun not intended) all help you get your memory back?"
Y: "Yeah! Okay let's do it!"

Wassup guys? Sorry again the chapters are getting shorter. I'm honestly running out of ideas for this story hence why every chapter lately has sucked monkeys butt. Yes, monkeys butt. So if you guys could give me some ideas on what I could do with this story. Anyway stay tuned for the next chapter!
