CHAPTER TEN: IMPOSSIBLE
Mrs. Peregrine looked exhausted, even frightened when Mr. Barron knocked on the door holding Angel and Jake's arm. Angel looked apologetically at her guardian and then looking over Mrs. Peregrine's shoulder. She looked at the faces, scared and scared of everyone in turn. After a moment there was a terrible silence. Nobody wanted to start a conversation, it was very awkward.
