Gemstone of F4(Meteor Garden)- On Hold

Tea-Snow Day*

The next day I woke up wrapped in Lei's arms he was sleeping soundly beside me last night after everything calmed down Lei walked me back to the room and we stayed up watching a random movie and me drinking hot chocolate, we both fell asleep. 

I couldn't help staring at him, he's always been pretty laid back even when we were kids and very cuddly. He sometimes reminded me of a cat. His eyes flickered open smiling, I smiled back.

"Zaoshang Hao"

"Zaoshang Hao" 

He leaned forward and kissed my forehead making me laugh.

"We should get dressed; the others are already up" I told him quietly.

He sat up pulling me with him, hugging me before walking through the door to the other bedroom next door to shower letting me have this one, he closed the door winking at me. 

I giggled pinching my cheeks fighting the blush. 

Getting to my feet I took a shower and then changed into my clothes for the day. 

I walked back into the bedroom finding Lei waiting I shook my head for someone who's lazy he can be pretty fast when he wants to be. We finished getting ready for the day and headed out.

He grabbed my hand and pulled me down the stairs. We were walking down the hallway to the kitchen when Shancai stopped us smiling.

"Huaze Lei, Xiaoli, Thank you, I heard it all from Xiaoyou"

"You're welcome, it didn't sit well with me how some people can put a life in danger. That was very irresponsible." Lei said sincerely. "Anyway it must've been traumatic for you. Are you feeling okay?"

"I'm the undying weed, Shancai I'm totally fine"

"This is why people worry about you" I told her sternly. "Shancai your Ah Si's girl and your a friend of ours you need to be more careful if things had turned out different you and Ah Si both could have died last night, there are people here who care a lot about the two of you deeply please do me a favor and stop putting yourself and everyone around you in danger"

"Go easy Ài" Lei said kissing my cheek.

 I looked around finding the boys staring at me with mixed expressions. I hadn't meant to snap but Shancai didn't know what really losing people did to someone. 

 I looked back at Shancai and sighed. 

"I don't mean anything by it but if either of you didn't come back." I muttered shaking my head of those thoughts. "Think about what it would do to those who love you, sometimes things happen, and people don't come back." 

She stared at me in confusion for a minute before shaking it off and gave me a nod, smiling. 

My phone started ringing so I walked off to answer it privately, I was happy to get away from the tension.

Finding out it was just my manager we talked for a while before I hung up and headed back to the living room where the others were drinking tea, I sat beside Lei, Ximen handed me a glass.  

I smiled staring at my big twin brother. I was thankful for him and our parents everyday I loved my family but sometimes remembering that someone out there left me without a single thought, it hurts. 

I don't use the term adopted but sometimes I wondered why she left me and who she was.

After tea time we all got dressed in outside clothing, this time we kept a better eye on Shancai. 

We went outside and played in the snow it was super fun. Shancai, Xiaoyou and I took pics I took a few of the boys and then we did a group photo.

 I noticed Lei was staring into the distance in a trance. Smirking, I grabbed some snow and rolled it into a ball and threw it at the back of his head.

He whipped around like he had been shot making me burst out laughing. Once he figured out what had happened, he glared playfully running to grab some snow. I grinned quickly hiding behind my brother. 

Lei threw his snowball at the right time hitting Ximen in the face, he fell down on his back. I laughed harder at that. 

Ah Si and Meizuo joined in so did Shancai and Xiaoyou.

When it was time to go in we all went to our rooms and took showers I walked out seeing Lei laying on my bed watching tv, I grinned climbing up and laying down beside him my head on his shoulder.

I couldn't have asked for better love than what he gave me, he asked me out when we were seventeen of course he got Ximen's permission, then we got married last year our moms were thrilled that we were married as soon as we finished high school. We been together since then. 

He's amazing and I am very happy to be married to him. 

I smiled jumping up to peck his lips and pull back quick.

"What was that for?"

"I'm just thankful for you." I told him sweetly.

He grinned slowly pushing me down on the bed, he leaned over kissing me, my arms went around his neck in order to bring him closer if that was possible.
