Shancai finds a new home*

Sitting in Shancai's house, it was a warm, happy sunny day. When we had dropped her off after our spa day, she had called me and told me how Xiaozi came by and bascially delclared Shancai the winner of Ah Si.

So I decided to surprise her and threw a tiny party at her house, Lei, Ximen and Meizuo were with me.. 

I sat beside Lei and across from Meizuo while he was beside Ximen and Shancai at the head of the table.

"Cheers" 

We all lifted our glasses, I stuck with a sweet tea still not feeling that great to drink any alcohol. I had a doctor's appointment later.

Taking a drink of my glass, I sat it down and handed her a rectangular box.

 She looked at me and grinned, grabbing it and set it in front of her standing up. 

"Oh it's pretty" She murmured pulling out the light yellow dress, there were also a pair of shoes and a white fuzzy jacket.  "I've never had something this nice."

"Every girl needs a new outfit" I told her smiling. "It's actually refreshing to design for women instead of men all the time, you can expect me to be managing your wardrobe."

She smiled, nodding with a laugh.

"You're staying alone" Lei said placing an unwrapped box security on the table. "You should change to a safer lock."

"Thanks"

"How's the safety here? Is it safe to live alone?" Meizuo asked.

"it should be okay"

"The street light looks broken" Ximen and I said in sync we looked at each other and laughed Shancai shook her head at us amused.

"The landlord has reported it, it'll be fixed soon." She told us.

"Where is Si?" Meizuo asked. "He should be here, he's the only one missing."

"NO" Shancai yelled we all looked at her.

"Why?" Ximen asked.

"Why what? My house is too small. There's no space. The floor is already shaking with the four of you having one more person here will probably cause an earthquake."

"Anyway, I wonder what Si is up to he's been missing." Meizuo commented.

"Si and Xiaozi are progressing well, right?" Ximen asked I looked over at Shancai, she glanced up at me and shook her head quietly.

"Hey, Shancai, how are they doing?"

"You should ask Daoming Si, not me." Shancai said.

Loud pounding tapped on the door making us all turn.

"Must be Ah Si" Meizuo said.

"I don't think so Meizuo, Ah Si doesn't knock" I told him. 

We watched Shancai walk over seeing the look on her face when Mrs. Daoming walked in was enough I stood quickly with the boys reaching out to grip Lei's hand bowing respectfully.

"Hello, Ma'am"

"Mrs. Daoming...why are you..."

"Shancai I thought we wouldn't see each other again. But there's something I want to ask you. What exactly did you do to split Xiaozi and Si apart? How much longer are you going to get in Si's way?"

"You can't just accuse me. I didn't do anything."

"Simply accuse?" Mrs. Daoming said laughing. 

I looked over at Ximen and Meizuo's faces and then at Lei's.
