A Trip to the Sauna*

I was sitting on the grass with Shancai beside me. She wanted to meet up and talk, Lei and Ximen were with me when she called so they were sitting with us too, Lei beside me and Ximen beside him. They weren't too happy with Si's future wife. 

"I heard that Si asked that monkey to date him, Si and Monkey?" Lei said with anger in his tone. "I can't imagine it especially with her treating Xiaoli like she does what's he thinking?"

"Lei it's okay don't stress about it" I told him wrapping my arm around his and leaning on his shoulder. 

"Her name is Xiaozi as his friend." Shancai said.  "You guys should be happy that he's starting to become mature."

"Shancai, why do you seem unaffected by this?" Ximen asked. "Don't you feel upset?" 

"Hey, Shancai! I finally found you, I brought you lunch today!"

I blinked as Qinghe came running over spewing out words quickly.

"Shut up" Ximen and I said at the same time my brother threw something at him while I rubbed my forehead feeling a headache coming, I haven't been feeling good the last two days. 

"How do you guys do that?" He asked gesturing between Ximen and I with his finger. 

 "I don't really know." I told him shrugging, sharing a look with Ximen. "We just get the timing right, I guess. Twin telepathy." 

Shancai held a bowl out to me with mochi rolls.

"Do you want some, it's really good, they're made from bananas."

" No, my grandma made it for you." Qinghe said pushing the bowl away from me. "You can't share it with others."

I gave him a stern look, raising an eyebrow. He noticed and stared back. Lei reached over and grabbed a roll out of the bowl and bit into it before Qinghe could stop him. I smirked at him. 

"How does it taste?" Ximen asked leaning over. "Will we get an upset stomach from this?" 

"It's sticky, it's delicious" He told us, smiling. He held it up for me to taste, I took a tiny bite and it really was. 

"It really is Gege." I said covering my mouth.

"Where did Daoming Si go?" Qinghe asked looking around. "where's Meizuo?

"Meizuo was just here earlier, I'm not sure where he went." I said shrugging.

"Si should be on a date with his girlfriend" Ximen said.

"What? Daoming Si has a girlfriend?" Qinghe asked in shock. 

I looked over at Shancai seeing her pretending to keep her smile, and frowned. 

"Your smile looks so ugly!" I told Shancai.

"I wonder how Si and that Monkey is doing" Shancai muttered enough for me to hear.

I sighed leaning more into Lei.

The next day I was in the bridge club, relaxing on the couch before I had class. My eyes were closed taking a small nap. The boys weren't here so it was peaceful. My headache went away but I felt really tired. 

I got news that Ah Si kissed his future wife in front of Shancai, I felt bad for her. I'm not really sure how to help in this situation. Shancai is a good friend and I think she is a great match but Ah Si is one of my brothers, I can only do so much. My parents loved Lei and his parents loved me, they accepted me. His mom especially. She and my mom are already talking about grandchildren, we've talked about it too and both agreed to wait until after we graduated.
