Hampton's Paradise [Sequel to The Other Lodge]

First Night, Old problems

We decided to leave the club and to go back at Elliot's house so we can all talk.

My old NY's friends came with us because weve got so much to discuss if we want to spend good holidays.

We park in front of the house and everyone goes to the living room in total silence. The group split up in two groups. Savannah, Emma, Katy, Elliot, Elio and Nick on the right and Archie, Ronnie, Betty, Jug, Josie, Reggie, Kevin, Sweet Pea, Fangs, Toni and Cheryl on the left.

I don't know what to do.. I'm standing here in the hall looking at them fearing the worst... nevertheless Savannah is here but Emma as well.

Emma Anderson is one of the richest kid in the Hampton, her parents are some mobsters I know very well since we used to spend all our holidays with them. Also, Emma is the first girl I've ever kissed and as Elliot likes to think, if it wasn't for Savannah, I would never have dated someone else than her.

Elliot seems to acknowledge my thoughtful state since he comes to me with a sorry look.

"I'm sorry Jade... I didn't think it will be like that." He says.

"As always Elliot... when I told you only Cheryl could know it wasn't for nothing. Plus, you told me the Andersons were here but you didn't tell me Emma was there too." I sigh.

"I didn't think it was a big deal, you and her were good friends at the time." He shrugs.

"Her and I were friends with benefits and maybe more than that, Elliot!" I whisper-yell.

"You what?!" He screams making everyone looks at us.

"You talk, you're dead. Understood?!" I whisper in his ear and he nods.

I walk to where they are all waiting, I take a seat on the side not wanting to pick a side. I sink down on my seat and wait for someone to talk.

"Enough." Say Cheryl. "Jade stop hiding. We all need you to speak. You're the common denominator, it's your time." She harshly looks at me.

"Can't agree more." Sass Savannah.

"Alright... then I would like to thank my old buddy Elliot for this amazing opportunity..." I glare at him and Nick followed by Elio chuckle.

"Don't make a sound St Clair or I'll break you in piece." Archie growls.

"Shut it Andrews." I say. "Don't you think you did enough already?"

"He tried to rape your sister and girlfriend!" He spats angrily.

"Don't you think I noticed it you dumbass jerk?!" I stand and yell at Archie. "I've done my part and as always YOU made everything harder! You're such an inconscient little bastard!" I walk to him.

Reggie instantly stands up and slides between us.

"Calm down Jadey..." he whispers.

"How do you want me to calm down Reg?" I ask. "Do you all think it's easy for me? Nick was one of my fucking best friend! Don't you think I hate him for what he tried to do?"

"Of course we know that, Jade..." Betty answers softly.

"So why? Why are you acting like this?! Like I still have something to do?! Waiting for me to destroy him... again?!" I harshly look at Archie. "I did what was right and I think he knows that, don't you Nick?" I turn to him.

"I'm not mad at you Jade, i deserved what you did to me... The only bastard here is this shitty Redhead." He looks at Archie.

"Don't start you too." I warn him. "This is ridiculous. You did what you did, you paid." I say to Nick. "You did what you did, you paid." I point now to Archie. "And you manage to stop this story." I look at Ronnie. "So can't we go over that now?"

"You want us to be friends with him?" Toni asks.

"No, not friends. I don't care about that. Just stop fighting." I explain.

"I'm in." Cheryl says.

Seeing even Cheryl agrees, everyone raises their hands in agreement.

"Good, so now... guys let me introduce you to some of the richest kids I know." I turn to my old friends.

Katy stands up proudly.

"This is Katy Thomas, former Ronnie's best friend and eternal bitch of the school. Still she can be cool sometimes." I smirk.

"Fuck you Jade, I know you miss me anyway." She sends a kiss my way and I chuckle.

"Maybe a little." I say. "Then you have Elio, Archie and Ronnie you know him already if I remember well."

"That's right." Elio says standing up.

"I will not present Nick again." He chuckles and I glare at him. "Nor will I present Elliot. But this two beautiful women are Savannah Young" she stands up. "She is my ex-girlfriend but still great friend." She smiles at me.

"Who does approve your new relationship with this clever girl." She winks at Cheryl.

The fuck?

"Thanks for acknowledging who great my girlfriend is." I chuckle. "And the last one is Emma Anderson, she is not from NY but we used to spend our holidays all together here so she's a member of the team."

Emma looks through me and quickly understands I will not say more. She says hi and sits.

"Guys, this is the Riverdale crew. There is Ronnie, that you all know, Archie, her boyfriend, Betty, her best friend, Jughead who is Betty's boyfriend..." I quickly say. "This is Josie and Kevin, there are kind of siblings now, this is the Serpents, Toni, Sweet Pea and Fangs. This handsome guy is named Reggie, he is my best friend and the sublime creature sitting there" I point to Cheryl "is my girlfriend Cheryl."

They all greet the New Yorkers from far and the awkward silence comes back.

"Okay, I feel it is  tensed soooo I propose something." Elliot says.

"Oh no..." I sigh.

"I don't want to hear you Lodge, my house, my rules." He glares at me.

"Fine.." I growl.

"So, truth or dare!" He happily says.

We all look at him in disbelief but finally why not.
