(This chapter starts Season 2)

Sterling and Monroe have caught up with Bellamy and myself. We are all in the woods, we haven't come to go back to the dropship. We are looking for Finn. Monroe looks at me as if I'm her mother, which is sweet. Sterling annoys me because he sees me as royalty. I've snapped at him a few times.

"Bellamy?" Monroe speaks up.

"Get back down." Bellamy demands, we are hiding behind some shrubs.

"You were followed?" Monroe asks.

"Quiet!" I snap in a whisper. "Have you seen Finn?"

"Finn's alive?" Monroe asks.

"He was." I state. "We got separated. The three of us knew the fire was coming, so we ran, but one of them followed before I could cut their head off....."

"How'd you guys get out?" Bellamy asks, sending me a reassuring grin.

"We..... We saw the Ark coming down, we thought we'd get help." Monroe replies.

"Piece of it came down this way." Sterling replies. "Monroe thinks it's Mecha, but personally, I think..."

"Follow us." I demand softly.

"Stay low and quiet." Bellamy says and we are on the move...

We are watching Tristan, the head grounder soldier, from a distance.

"I know you're scared." Bellamy says to the two who have joined us.

"But we are warriors." I add as I smile at the two. "We can do this."

"You're pregnant, though, mama Skyla." Monroe says.

"I'm aware." I smile as Bellamy shakes his head in amusement.

"How?" Sterling finally asks.

"We attack as a team." Bellamy replies. "Ready? One, two, three.... Hey!"

We run out, but realize our followers stayed behind.

"Bellamy, Skyla; get out of here." Finn demands.

"No way." I say, out of breath. "Mister Grounder, I am with child, just so you know."

Tristin pulls me on the horse while Bellamy is with Finn.

"You have to stay on your feet, he'll kill you if you don't." I hear finn say/

"Thank you, for keeping me up here." I say to the evil grounder. "I fought to many of you guys while pregnant."

"I know." Tristan says in a low, dark tone. "I admire the strength you have. You are a true warrior. Being with child didn't keep you from protecting yours."

Out of nowhere, Sterling and Monroe run out and fight Sterling. Then there is a gunshot, and Tristan foes down. A man walks out, an my eyes widen.

"DAD!" I scream and I run into his arms, he wraps his free arm around me.

"Oh, Skyla." He mutters into my hair. "We're here now. Everything's gonna be okay."

We inspect Tristan's body, dad's gun got him in the head.

"Don't stand up." Bellamy says to Finn.

"I'm fine." Finn replies. "We need tp get back to the dropship/."

"Hey." Abby Griffin says as she comes through. "Where's Clarke? Is she ok?"

"She was when we left." I reply as dad hugs me tightly against his side.

"We can take you to her." Bellamy says.

"Abby, I'm pregnant, I need some proper care." I say.

"Of course, Skyla." Abby says with a smile.

"Wait, slow down." Dad says as he smiles at the fact he is becoming a grandfather. "Sinclair, we're splitting up. One guard detail comes with me to the dropship. Everyone else goes with you to the Alpha Station. You have the coordinates. We'll follow..... As soon as we can."

"Yes, sir." Sinclair says. "Oh, and congratulations, Skyla."

"God. I'm old." Dad jokes. "Anything more from Jaha?"

"No." Sinclair replies. "Nothing in the past hour."

"Ok." He says. "You seven with me. You three, lead the way. Let's go." We are headed through the trees. "You're almost there, Abby."

"It's too quiet." A guard comments. "Banks, Scanlon, you stay with them. We'll signal when we're sure it's safe."

"Watch my daughter." Dad demands and goes with them.

I look around at all the burned grounders, and the burned nature. A frown forms as Bellamy wraps an arm around me. I lean my weight against him.

"Where is everyone?" Bellamy asks.

Murphy comes out.

Bellamy attacks Murphy. "You murdering son of a bitch!"

"Stop!" A guard yells before sticking a electric baton to his back.

"Place him under arrest; sorry, Skyla." Dad says.

"Wait!" Finn exclaims. "You don't understand. Murphy murdered two of our people, nearly killed Skyla, shot Raven, and hung Bellamy."

"I only care about Skyla." Dad says. "You are not animals. There are rules. Laws. You are not in control here anymore."

"Dad, you should have seen me chopping the heads off grounders." I chant, laughing.

I see Raven being carried out on a stretcher.

"Raven!" Finn yells in worry.

"She's lost a lot of blood." Abby states. "It's a miracle that she's still alive."

"She is strong." I reply.

"There's on one else in there." Abby adds. "Come on, put her over there."

"It's time to go, Abby." Dad says, Let's get ready to move out. We gotta get there before dark. Come on, Skyla. You and my grandchild need proper care."

Abby smiles at us and we al head out.

"Abby." A guy I recognize as Jackson from medical.

"Feed them first, everyone else can wait." Abby says.

"Camo Jaha." I smirk at the sign.

"Was this your idea?" Dad asks.

"Yes, sir." Sinclair replies.

"Good idea." I smile at the man.

"Have we heard from him?" Dad asks.

"No, sir." Sinclair replies. "Still radio silence."

"Well, you're gonna brief me then." Dad says.

"Yes, sir." Sinclair sends me a wink and looks at Dad/ "Mister Chancellor."

Dad kisses my head before Abby gets me inside the Ark.

"Here, take one daily." Abby hands me some prenatal type vitamins. "For you and the baby. Who's the dad?"

"Bellamy Blake." I reply. "Jasper broke up with me on our first day because he didn't want to be with a killer."

"Skyla, baby, you did it out of self defense after four men raped you." Abby takes my hands. "We are here now. We floated Shumway."

I smile and I hug Abby. "Thank you."
