{Shawn's POV}
5:30 am

My eyes slowly opened, and the bright orange and pink rays came through my large glass window of my Toronto apartment. I sluggishly turned to the other side seeing Lydia wide awake in her cute glasses and a a pink mug filled with 'Throat Coat' tea.

A few minutes later she finally realized I was awake, a tiny smile grew on her face as she took a quick sip of her tea.

"Hey," she whispered placing her mug down and gently laying her head on my chest. I instantly wrapped my arms around her torso.

"Hello my lo-ove" I giggled as she crawled onto my lap. Lydia leaned in her soft plump lips on mine. Like she pushed her heart towards me and pulled it away. As we pulled apart she placed her nose on mine. I felt her breath on my face and a smile lit up on her.

I loved her so much and she loved me. "You will always be mine," I muttered

"I promise I will, Shawn." she said placing her hand on my arm moving down to my hands.

There was a long pause. It wasn't weird, I felt safe and comfortable. It was relaxing knowing she was here, with me. She took over me as soon as I met her and I don't think I can ever get rid of that.

" Ya know before you came along, I was alone, for some time. I always doubted love from and for others. Each time I was wrong, each time felt worse than they other, knowing... it was one sided. " I blurted out.

"But... know as you came into my life it has changed. I know for a fact I love you, and you are so passionate and kind and deliver it right back... You bring a different me, no its not negative!" I giggled as her eyes went big then quickly to a relived facial expression. You make me feel safe and I can share any feeling and thoughts with you, no safety net needed." I squeezed Lydia tighter bringing her chest to mine.

"I know how it was for you and other guys..."

she nodded her head and her eyes filled with sadness for a few.

" I can feel, ya know, a great connection."

I can picture in a few years from now, we will be more matured and stronger.

We would make love, sometimes fight yet I know we will always hear each other out.

she laughed and I snapped out of my thoughts.

" want to know what is funny, that w- we were only suppose to be for only one night." she said using incorrect English which caused me to laugh even more.

" I mean look where that has got us, I have completely fallin'..." I paused out and shrugged and nodded in agreement.

I sat for a moment and just looked at her. Lydia's eyes gazed my face making my heart flutter a little seeing her eyelashes bat. she pecked my cheek and I smiled at Lydia's actions.

It was a pretty boring day, but I had her. I simply get lost in her.

I can't tell if this is a dream, but if it is, Please don't wake me up.

My day still felt perfect because I was laying by her side.

That all I needed.

I was fallin' hard.
