I rushed to my car and took my phone and switched the GPS on and tracked my way to Friends Bar.
There was a huge traffic jam over here and I am a kilometer away from the bar. The traffic wasn't moving an inch. People started coming out of their cars and went forward to see what the ruckus was about.
I was humming a tune and tapped om the wheel with my fingers. My patience wasn't staying with me. I got of the car and went forward. A few steps later I heard a faint sound of sirens. The was a long line of vehicles as far as the eye could see.
It took me half an hour to reach the front. There was a cluster of cars surrounding the bar. The windows which substituted the walls were shattered and glass covered the floor. I could see the tables and chairs turned over and the wood was splintered and broken. The cops were interrogating a man. He was wearing an apron. I went a little closer and was stopped by a cop.
"You can't loiter here."
"Sir I'm from the Organization." I said as I took my ID. He allowed me to pass through. I went to the man. It was the bartender.
"Where's the girl?!?" I asked him
"Who are you?" One of the cops interrogating him
"I'm an agent." I looked at the bartender "I'm Ginger. You called me. Where's the girl?!"
"Do you know what she did?" The cop looked at me
"No."
"She killed someone and she is an underage drunk. Oh yeah and to top that, she's Cash Rebel. A fugitive."
"Where. Is. She?!?"
He looked at his notebook "Her father paid the money and took her. Its the rich kids which are the spoilt ones. Lucky her."
"H-her f-father?"
"Yeah. The President's daughter. Mr Larson."
I lurched at the bartender "Why. Did. You. Call. The. President!?!" I screamed at his face before the cops pulled me off him. I shrugged them off and left.
I'm coming Cash.
..........."Do you know what you just did Baby?"
"It was an a-accident."
"Really?" He looked at her. They were driving home in the back seat of Larson's Audi. There was a privacy screen between them and the chauffeur.
"I didn't mean to do it." She didn't look at him. She didn't look at him since they met.
"You.... Look at me!!!" He forced her chin and made eye contact "You killed a man!!! Do you have any idea how bad a name that is for me!?!?"
"I'm feeling sick." They stopped the car for the fourth time. Cash got down and went to the cluster of trees where it was dark and threw up. She looked around and saw Larson's lean figure coming out of the car and started talking to someone on the phone.
Cash finished her thing. She wasn't going to let him take her. She looked around. It was a forest in there. She could run inside the dark forest cover. She could.....
She didn't think twice and started to take off into the trees. Her legs crunched with the dry leaves. Air swept through her face and hair.
She heard him scream her name and heard footsteps. She ran faster into the forest.
She suddenly felt a jolt of electricity pass through her. Her entire body jerked and she fell. Her head hit a boulder and she felt warm blood and could see the boulder turn red. But she wasn't feeling any pain. She didn't feel anything.
Larson and his bodyguards caught up. The two men in black lifted her up so that she could look straight into the eyes of the devil.
"Oh my god baby." He said calmly "I'm already pissed off and you're not helping yourself. You actually thought that I would let you go. I put that on your back when we met. And when I do this...." He pressed a button on his phone and that jolt hit her again. "..... It does this. Fascinating isn't it?" He smiled at her.
"Get her back in the car." He motioned to the guards and walked away.
Larson was trying his best to keep his cool. But once they reach home, he knew that's not possible.
