Why? Because the hell on earth is going on right now in New York City!
It all began with a portal kind of thing opening up above the Stark-Tower with indescribable creatures entering this world. You could see Iron Man right in the middle of them. He was able to fight back some of those creatures, but there were to many of them, even for a Tony Stark. Those, who passed him, attacked the City.
My relaxing shopping trip ended at that point, since the Invasion had begun.
