Chapter Two: Gathering

On the way to the gathering, I padded in the back alone. I sat near some Riverclan, Shadowclan, and Windclan warriors. Then, a beautiful she-cat strolled over and i couldnt believe it, I think I was in love! With a Riverclan cat! Oh no! It couldn't be! The Riverclan Medicine cat! He nearly passed out, he couldn't believe it! He padded over and mewed to her "Ahem, may I speak to you, its Willowshine, right?" She nodded and said "Yes, i will be over in a moment." I padded over near a bush and waited, i heard pawsteps and saw her beautiful eyes meet mine as she said "Whats the matter?" I saw her cheeks flash red then normal and noticed affection in her eyes and I softened my gaze and said " I..I..I have a crush on you!" Her eyes flashed with relief then hardened as she said "Shhh!" And she shoved me in a bush. I gasped as a thorn scratched my nose. Then i said "Hey! What was that for!" She slapped my mouth with her tail and said "I like you too, but were in different clans! And im a medicine cat!" I felt tears in my eyes and my nose burned and i knew i would cry until she said "Meet me here tomorrow just before moon-high. Okay?" I nodded and said "Until then.." And i licked her cheek and hopped out off the bush.
