With Ruby

Ruby looks out of the window from the plane to see the ground filled with a city. "I must be at Sinnoh country now but where do I start looking. So I go to the professor lab or look for his old friends" Ruby thought as the announcements interrupt her thought.

"We'll be landing in five minutes please buckle up for safety" The speaker went off. Ruby buckle up her self.

5 mins later

Ruby got off the plane. Ruby looks around to find a exit to leave the air port.

Ruby bumps into a stranger. "Oh I'm sorry for bumbing into you" Ruby apologize.

The person turns around to be a man. "It's okay" the man said as he carefully looks at Ruby.

"Is there something wrong" Ruby asked. The man shakes his head. "Sorry you look like someone from my favorite pokemon hero's or trainer."The man responds.

"Uh Ookay but can you tell me where the exit is" Ruby asks again.

"Yeah sure I'll show you. I was leaving the air port too" the man said.

"Thanks"Ruby smiled as she follows the man out of the air port.

Finally they made it out of the air port. "Well thank you for helping me I'm very knew at this country" Ruby said.

"Uh no problem, can I ask what's your name?" The man asked.

"Uh sure. My name is Ruby Ketchum. What's yours" Ruby answered.

"What! You are a Ketchum are you related to Ash Ketchum" the man started to smile. Ruby sweat drop behind her head. "Yes I am. I'am his daughter" Ruby said.

The man grab her hand for a big shake. "Hi my name is John. I am a big fan of your father he is the coolest I ever seen, I always want to battle him. Can you take me to him" The man said happy.

Ruby put a frown face. "I'm sorry I don't know where my father is" Ruby said nicely.

"What do you mean you don't know where your father is?" John questioned. "When I was a baby my father left me with my mother to train to be a pokemon master that's why I am here I heard he's here in this country" Ruby explained.

"Hmm if he is in this country he should be looking for strong challengers so try at the pokemon league thats where I will be going in next week" John told Ruby.

"That great thank you but I should be going now if I do get a chance to see my father I'll send you a email that he'll battle you some time"Ruby smiled.

"Really" He cried with tears falling.

"That'll make me happy that I'll achieve my dream, heres my email just encase, good bye now" He gave her his email and walked another direction.

Ruby shakes her head smiling. "Now its time for me explore the city first before I look for league section" Ruby thought as she went to the bus station.

(N/A: John is just a OC a random guy he's not actually part of the story you only get to see him once or twice)

Ruby sat on the bench waiting for the bus. Ruby grabs Fennekin Pokeball and releases Fennekin out. "Fennekin"Fennekin smiles at her and jumps on her lap.
