After talking with August last week, I immediately called Kelsey and my mom and asked them how they felt about staying here at the guest house. Just like I predicted, they both agreed to stay here for a few months until they can find a place of their own.

"I can't believe we're staying here." Kelsey said, walking into the guest house. She dropped her bags by the door and started to walk around. "This place is beautiful, are you sure August is okay with us staying here?" My mom stepped inside the house, looking uneasy. "Im sure mom, it was his idea anyways." She took a sigh of relief and nodded. "Alright."

"This is so dope, we're gunna be living with a celebrity!" Kelsey squealed. "I guess so." I said in a chuckle. My mom shook her head. "Kelsey start unpacking your bags so we can get settled in." Kelsey laid back on one of the guest couches and sighed. "Alright, let me just soak all this in first."

We all laughed. "Look don't take to long, I told you we didn't get a chance to clean up over here, so we have to do that first." Kelsey sighed. "Alright." She slid off the couch and stood up straight. "Can you do me a favor?" I asked turning to my mom. "Ofcourse."

"Can you run to the grocery store and get a few things for the guest house, I didn't have time too." She nodded. "Sure." I reached into my back pocket and pulled out a one hundred dollar bill. "Thanks mom." She smiled at me andgrabbed my car keys off the counter. "I'll be back in a few." I watched her leave, as me and Kelsey entered the kitchen.

I smiled widely. "Why you smiling so hard?" Kelsey asked confused. "I have news." She sat up on the counter and waited for me to continue. "I called Craig to come over." Her eyes widened. "What?? I thought you said you were gunna talk to him, when Im NOT around." I chuckled. "I was, but I thought it would be better if we all did this face to face, so he should be here soon." She sighed. "Is that why you told mom to go to the grocery store?" I nodded. "Yep, now, let's start cleaning before he gets here, I don't want mom to come back and see that we haven't started."

"You almost done over there?" I glanced overmy shoulder to see Kelsey wiping down the living room table. "Yeah, Im working like a slave over here." I chuckled and shook my head. "Just then, there was a slight knock at the front door. "He's here." I said with a smirk. Kelsey rolled her eyes and dropped the towel on the table. "Im going upstairs."

"No your not, go sit on the couch." She sighed and followed my instructions. I walked over to the door and opened it. "Hey Craig." He gave me a head nod and stepped inside. "Waddup." I closed the door behind him and walked into the living room. "I called you over here because I wanted to talk to you." He walked behind me, following me to the couch.

Once they saw each other, they both were silent. "Aren't you guys gunna speak to each other?" Craig sighed. "Kelsey." Kelsey rolled her eyes. "Craig." I took a seat on thecouch next to Kelsey and motioned for him to sit across from us. "Now." I started. "Kelsey told me about you guys' situation." He lifted a brow. "She did?" He said eyeing her. "And what did she say exactly??" He leaned back into the couch and waited.

"Well...she told me that you guys had a...thing before." He cleared his throat. "She told me that she lied about her age when she met you and the whole nine." He rubbed his chin in silence. I guess he felt kind of awkward talking about this with me, especially since Kelsey was right there. "I not mad about the situation." I started. "She was wrong for what she did, and she takes full responsibility for it. Don't you Kels?" I looked over at her, waiting for her to speak.

"Yeah, I do." She said in a sigh. I turned back towards Craig and took a deep breath. "I don't need to know all the details, but I can tell that you guys were really feeling each other, by how angry you are at one another." They both were silent. "Im not trying to play Dr.Phil or anything, but if you guys are really over what happened between y'all, you need to drop the attitudes and let it go." They both sat there silent. "I don't want my mom finding out about y'all two, so I just need you guys to be cool, meaning no more arguing or slick comments towards one another, okay?" They both nodded.
