I remember that day so well. Tadashi and I were just little toddlers as Hiro was still a baby. Mom trusted Aunt Cass with us and she and Dad went on a business trip together. Tadashi and I were playing with Hiro as Aunt Cass was watching TV. The news was on and stared at it worriedly. I wasn't sure what was happening, since I was young and all, so I didn't really pay attention.
Aunt Cass slowly grabbed the remote, turning off the TV. She looked over her shoulder as she stared at the three of us sadly. Tadashi looked up at her and asked her what's wrong. She got up from the couch and kneeled in front of us. "(Name), Tadashi, your parents passed away. They...died during the plane crash," she explained slowly. After a while, we both began to cry.
That was how it all happened. We couldn't get over it it for a while, but we did eventually. Even though it happened a while ago, I still miss them. I was in my room, laying in bed while staring at a picture of my parents, Tadashi, Hiro, and me. My room was big enough for two people but it was just me. The ceiling was caved in the shape of the roof. On the right side of my room was a bed and my dress drawer. The left was my desk with a bunch of wires, wheels and robot parts. The floor was filled with all those and chips bags. In front of my bed was a carpet with a table on top of it. That's where I do my homework and eat. In front of the table was my TV. Well...that's where it used to be. Now it's on my desk. I was going to redesign it to where it's like a touchable hologram. Cool right?
I sighed as I brushed my thumb over my mom's face. There was a sudden burst through the door. I jumped up in bed as I stared at my door. "(Name)!" Aunt Cass shouted. "Do you want to help Aunt Cass at the café today?" I breathed out as I laughed. "I'm coming Aunt Cass," I said calmly as I got of my bed. Even though Mom and Dad pass, I still know that they're watching over me become who I am.
