Oh Brother (Big Sister! Reader X Hamada Brothers)

3: Protective

Brothers. If you're a girl and you watch all those shows that have protective big brothers and you wish you had one, DON'T. Yes, I do have a big brother and yes, he is protective. But you know what makes it worse? Add another protective brother but he's younger!

Hiro and Tadashi are way too protective over me, it's too the point where I want to cry. Here's the story:

My first ever boyfriend. I was only 15 at the time. Hiro was 12 and Tadashi was 16. I was in the eighth grade and my boyfriend's name was Lee. We both liked each other and the whole school knew it. He wasn't academically bright but he was super sweet and was amazing at everything else he did. We were perfect.

One day we walked together to the Lucky Cat Café. I was going to tutor him for his retake test tomorrow. We sat in the booth as he stared at his test, defeated. "I can't believe I got a 2 on the test..." he sighed. I smiled at him as I touched his hand. "It's okay, Lee. I'm here to help!" I told him surely. He smiled at me. He leaned in for a kiss but there was screaming behide the counter.

"O-Ow! Don't you dare kiss her!" Hiro screamed. Aunt Cass was grabbing onto both of the boys' ears as they tried to charge at our table. "Would you two hush!" Aunt Cass whispered shouted. "Let your sister have this for once!" She looked up and smiled at me. She lets go of Tadashi's ear and waved. He tried to jump over the counter, only to get grabbed again. She dragged the two boys into the back. I turned back to the table covering my head with my arms after being humiliated by my family.

Lee only laughed. I looked up at him from the table with a red face. He looked at me with a smile. "Your family is pretty...interesting, Hamada," he told me. I groaned as I covered my head again, staring down at the table. "I know!" I shouted as it muffled a little. I felt a hand on my head, stroking my (h/c) hair. I looked up once again, moving my arms a little. Lee leaned down and kissed me. My face turned red again as I didn't know what to do next. This was my FIRST KISS!

I heard squealing, gaging, and shouting in the back. I turned around to see the two boys hopping over the counter and running over to us. Tadashi quickly pulled me out of the booth, hugging me close to him. Hiro hugged my other side while glaring at Lee. "Hey! Don't kiss our sister!" he shouted at the top of his lungs while Tadashi pouted. I looked around the café to see the customers staring at us. I blushed in embarrassment as I started to shrink as small as possible. I looked at the two and whispered frantically, "Can you too please stop doing this! You're embarrassing me in front of my boyfriend!" Both brothers looks at me in shock. "Boyfriend?!" I flinched at their sudden shouts.

Lee laughed nervously as he slide out of the other side of the booth, grabbing his backpack. "Haha...wow, this is...intense!" he said awkwardly, slowly backing away. I quickly reached my hand out to him as Tadashi and Hiro held me tighter. "Lee!" I called for him. He smiled and waved slightly. "I'll just see you at school, (Name)," he told me before he ran out the door.

I stared at the door in shock, watching him leave. I lowered my head and arm. The three of us were quiet as the room was filled with customers talking and cars running outside. Their arms slowly began to let go of me. Tadashi squatted on the floor as he tried to look at my face. His brows frowned as he looked at me worriedly. "(Name)?" he called quietly. Hiro boldly split my hair apart, removing it from my face. "EARTH TO (NAME)!" he shouted in my face.

Tears weld up in my eyes as I pushed Hiro away from me. I slammed my arms to my sides as I yelled, "You two are the the worst brothers ever! I HATE YOU!" I quickly turned around, ran to the back and up the stairs. Aunt Cass called for me but I just ignored her. I ran pass the connected kitchen and up the stairs again, passing the wall filled with picture of us. I walked into my room and slammed my door closed. I jumped into my bed, landing face first.

Of course, being a teen going through hormones dealing with a break up, I began to cry. That whole day I didn't leave my room. In the end, Tadashi and Hiro begged for my forgiveness and I forgave them. Lee and I thought it would be best just to stay friends and keep it that way. We're still friend to this day, but we didn't talk as much anymore since I left to IOT.

Today, I'm sitting in my room, working on my skateboard, thinking about that day. I chuckle under my breath with a smile on my face. I pushed myself away from the desk, rolling across the room. "Guess I'm never getting a boyfriend!" I talked to myself. "Ah..." I said quietly in realization. I grabbed the side of my hair screaming. "I'LL BE ALONE FOREVERRRRRR!!!!!"
