Zhou Lei opened up the lottery.

He was greeted by the sight of the familiar roulette, one that he hasn't seen for a long time... Well, for two days.

He had an urge to try his newfound luck. Ever since he had increased his luck stat, he never had the chance to spin the roulette.

"Here we go...!" Having said that, the roulette started spinning as a lottery ticket disappeared. 

"Come on, come on!" Zhou Lei was anticipating the result of this spin.

The roulette gradually slowed down and was close to stopping. The needle was in the middle of the two sections, the Useless category and the One-Time use category. 

Every time he opened the roulette, the arrangement of the sections was random, so he did not anticipate that the two biggest sections would be placed next to each other.

The roulette was barely moving.

The needle was close to pointing to the Useless category.

"Come on...!" Zhou Lei was getting anxious.

'Why is my luck still bad? Is it because the luck stat does not affect System's lottery?'

The roulette finally stopped.

It was pointing towards the One-Time Use category.

"Wait, I just noticed something. If there is a book item category, how come I won the Master Chef Book from the One-Time use?" Zhou Lei widened his eyes in disbelief.

So does that essentially mean that I can get books from either one of those sections? That makes it much easier!

Zhou Lei's assumption made him confident. What book will he be getting next time?

Of course, Zhou Lei getting the Master Chef Book instead of an item was System's bug, and not the blunder of the author in any way.

The author had obviously not forgotten that there was a Book category on the roulette... Ahem, let's not talk about this matter!

He looked at his prize. It was... the "Dance Dance Revolution Sudden Burst" item.

"..." Zhou Lei.

"What the heck? Is this the Useless item category? This is more useless than Bubblegum!" Zhou Lei was indignant at the result.

"No one plays Dance Dance Revolution anymore!" Zhou Lei said something that a man should not say in his whole life, else he might offend a bunch of people.

He spent a lottery ticket again in hopes of getting something better.

This time, the roulette stopped while the needle was in the Book section.

"Ooh, a book! Never hurts to learn a few more skills...!" Zhou Lei was enthusiastic as he received the prize.

The book was titled "How to Dance - Become a World Class Dancer! By: System".

"...I guess it isn't bad." Zhou Lei was kind of disappointed, but he accepted it since it wasn't as useless as the previous item that he got.

He spent a lottery ticket again, hoping that this time, he would get something useful.

"Come on... Wait, what's that?" Zhou Lei saw that a portion of the roulette was unfamiliar.

The 5 sections were still there, just that another one had been added. It was of a beige color, with no label on, unlike the other ones.

"Is this a randomly generated occurrence?" Zhou Lei wondered what the space was for.

Nonetheless, his luck wasn't good, so he did not get that space. The needle pointed towards another section, the Yummy Fruits section.
