     The kiss seemed to last for years, and I wasn't even mad. I frowned softly when he pulled away but it quickly turned into a smile again. Hearing him say he likes me back made my heart flutter and I blushed deeply.

     "You like me back?" I ask, still blushing.

     He nods and grabs my hand, kissing it gently. "Of course I do. And if you're not ready for a relationship then that's okay. I know your past has been hard, and I'm willing to wait until you're ready." He smiled.

     "You promise?"

     He intertwined his pinky with mine "Promise." He stood up from his chair and pulled me up as well. "Come on, let's go home."

      We got an Uber and we left for my apartment. The ride home was silently awkward but after what happened, can you blame us? We arrived about thirty minutes later and Andrew opened the door for me as I got out of the car. I thanked him and the driver as I headed into the apartment. I unlocked the door and I entered, Andrew following close behind. Because it wasn't too late, we decided to watch a bit of YouTube together. There were vlogs, music, a large variety. A few hours passed and the TV played in the background while me and Andrew were browsing through our phones. We shared a few jokes with each other and giggled whenever we saw them. I looked at the clock and let out a tired sigh.

     "It's getting a bit late, so I'm gonna go take a shower and go to sleep." I murmured. Andrew nodded.

     "Alright then. I'll see you later then." he replied as I got off the couch and went into my room to get some clothes and a towel before heading into the bathroom. I locked the door and turned the water on, waiting for it to warm up. I took off my clothes and stepped into the shower and sighed contently.

     After (Y/N) left I turned off the TV, still checking my social media posts. I was browsing through Instagram when a notification popped up. It was Garrett.

Garrett

So, how'd the date go?

Andrew

Much better than I anticipated. She likes me.

Garrett

That's great!

Wait, how did you know about that?

Garrett
