A/N: Lets start off with something simple uwu

She was sitting on the cool surface outside of the castle, daydreaming. She sighed, and stared into the blue sky, wondering where on earth (no pun intended) her family could be. "I will find you, Matt," she muttered to herself. She then shook the thought away, and reminisced on all the fun times she had with team Voltron. Everyone's personality was different, constantly clashing, but that's what made the team so exciting. Sure, Pidge liked to be alone and work her brain occasionally , but she also loved hanging out with her friends, even if they were a little irritating. They all did. No matter how much they denied it, they enjoyed being around each other.

Her thoughts were interrupted when a figure walked over to her. It was Keith, wearing his classic red and white jacket, his hands shoved in his pockets.

"Hey, training starts in about 15 minutes," He stated. Pidge sighed.

"Okay. I'll come in a little bit." Keith turned and started on his way back to the castle, when Pidge's voice stopped him. "Hey Keith?"

"Uh, yes Pidge?" She sighed softly and closed her eyes, pulling in her legs so she was sitting in a criss-cross position.

"Do you remember the day we all met? Like, for the first time?" She asked.

"Well, yeah." He replied. Pidge laughed softly, thinking back to the day.

"Remember when Lance wouldn't stop flirting with Allura as soon as he laid eyes on her?" She reminded smiling. "'Girl you've already activated my particle barrier.'" She said in a mocking tone, imitating Lance. Keith chuckled in return.

"What are you talking about, he still does that." He said sarcastically. The pair just started laughing and mocking Lance. "Oh, and remember that food fight we had? That was awesome."

"Yeah, totally!" Pidge said, laughing. "I was honestly so pissed at Allura, but I got over it." Keith smiled, remembering her sassy remark to the princess. 'Oh, the princess of what? We're the only ones out here, and she's no princess of ours!' It amazed Keith how fierce Pidge was. 'Short, witty, fierce, and smart. She's amazing,' he thought, a light, rosy blush dusting his cheeks. Her words then cut off his thoughts. "'Go loose, Pidge!'" She shouted, emulating Keith. They both laughed, as Keith sat down next to her, one knee bent, his arm resting limp on top of it. He sighed.

"Y'know Pidge, you're a major part of this team. With your smarts, and skills,-" 'and sass..' he thought, "- you're an amazing asset to us." He lifted his head to look at the red faced green paladin.

"Thanks, Keith. That means a lot. Especially coming from you." She replied. The look on his face must've been pretty good, because she laughed.

"Wait- whaT is that supposed to mean?" He questioned.

"Haha- Oh! Would you look at the time training is starting, haha, gotta blast! Bye Keith!" Pidge shouted, sprinting into the castle.

"H-Hey! Get back here Pidge!" He shouted, running after her.

A/N: okay I promise I wrote more than this, but I wrote it on my computer, and it didn't save for some reason? And I didn't realize it didn't until now. So sorry! The next one will be longer I promise!
