"I can't believe my baby is getting married!"

Jade's mom gushed sitting beside her in the doctor's office.

"Shh keep it down...and I thought you weren't a fan of Jacob.

"Well baby at first it wasn't because I didn't want to see get hurt again." her mom explained.

She looked at her and sighed.

"I know, but Jacob is different he's mature, smart, and he makes me feel things that I didn't feel with Nate." she grinned.

Even though it's been a couple of weeks since Jade talked to her mom but lately things have been going well and since Crystal went back to prison for a drug charge that was one less thing Jade had to worry about.

"I'm happy for you two," her mom said.

"Thanks, mom," she smiled

The door open and a nurse walked in.

"Hello, Ms. Lewis your doctor will be in shortly."

Jade looked at her mom she had a smirk on her face.

"Ok, I'm going to take your blood pressure now the nurse said wrapping her arm.

It was quiet for a moment.

"The nurse looked at her blood pressure her eyes grew wide.

"What's wrong," Jade asked.

Her mom also had a look of concern.

"Just need to retake your blood pressure," the nurse explained.

The nurse wrapped Jade's arm and did it again.

"I'm going to go give your vitals to the doctor I will be right back the nurse informed them.

After the nurse left, Jade's mom could see the look of worry on her daughters face.

"So have you thought of any names for my future granddaughters?" she asked hoping to distract Jade.

"Yea I'm thinking Lovely and Leilani," she told her.

Her mom raised her brow.

"How you come up with that?" her mom questioned.

To make things easier her, Nate and Jacob had a plan for naming the girls.

"I picked the names. Jacob and Nate decided which ones they liked." Jade shrugged.

"Speaking of Nate...

"What about him Jade said uninterested.

"Did you guys ever...

"So hows Gia is she in daycare today Jade asked changing the subject.

Her mom decided to take the hint since Jade was starting to open back up to her again.

"Yea she is shes growing so fast."

her mom said as the doctor walked in the room.

He stood in front of Jade he had a serious look on his face.

"Are my babies ok?" Jade asked feeling nervous.

"Yes they are fine, but I'm concerned about your blood pressure is very high," he explained.

"So what does that mean?" Jade asked.

"We are going to keep you overnight, and if your blood pressure is still high, you might have to induce labor early." The doctor informed her.

Jade was looking down speechless.
