I got a call from Nickelodeon right before we started filming the third episode of season two of The Waynehood Diaries. "Is this the famous Abby Winters?" A voice asks. "Yes, this is she," I answer. "This is Dan Schneider with Nickelodeon. I was wondering if you would like to do play an enemy character in Henry Danger. " This time, I wasn't confused or in shock. I've gotten so many more calls to be in different things. After Partners in Crime became one of the best movies of 2018 in box office hits, I got another call from Summit and they wanted to hear more movie ideas. I made another movie called The Counselors which is about these six high school counselors that go to Vegas for vacation and get framed with stealing a book from the President. We're working on this other movie called Nationwide Heroes, which is about these high school kids who travel from Idaho Falls to New York City to save their friend, Karson, from the main character's murderous father. I might need counseling. Normally in these situations, I'd get pretty starstruck, but I've met Kevin Hart, Alex Hook, Spencer List, and Amandla Stenberg. I'm sure I've gotten all the nerves out by now. Anyway, I told Dan that I'd be interested and asked him for the details. So now I work for Disney, Summit and part-time for Nickelodeon. Awesome. Note the sarcasm.

I walked into Nickelodeon and onto the Henry Danger set. The manager leads me to the makeup artist who does my hair and makeup, who then leads me to the costume designer so that I can get my costume on, who then leads me to the official set where we'd begin filming. I walk up to the set looking pretty bad-ass. Dan sees me and instantly gets excited. "Abby Winters, I'm so glad you're here!" You asked me to be here so...where else would I be? "I am. " Dan looks behind him. "Jace! Come over here!" That's when my eyes caught Jace Norman. I thought he was so cute for the longest time. Even though I've watched like 3 episodes of Henry Danger since it's been airing on Nickelodeon. "This is Abby, Abby, this is Jace." "Yeah, I know. " We both say at the same time. "Nice to meet you. " Jace introduces. We both shake hands. "I loved Partners in Crime! You and Carson were awesome in it!" "Thanks that means a lot!" I reply. "Well, let's get to filming, shall we? Abby, you went over the script right?" Dan asks. "Multiple times," I answer. "Great, let's get down to it."

After filming, I took my costume and makeup and I returned to the same Abby I walked in as. I started walking over to my car and right before I opened the door, Jace walks up to me. "Abby!" I turn and see him. I smile. "Hey, Jace," I say. "What are you doing later?" "I will be at home with my guy friends. Why?" "Oh. I had nothing planned for tonight and I wanted to know if you and I could hang out. You seem cool." Jace tells me. "Well, you could join us." I propose. "Really? Who will all be there?" Jace asks. "Shawn Mendes, Milo Manheim, and Carson Rowland," I answer. "I'm down. Sounds fun." "Cool, um..." I grab my phone out of my pocket and open up a new contact. "Give me your number and I'll text you the address." Jace takes my phone and puts in his number. He hands me back my phone. "Thanks. I'll see you tonight." "See ya!" Jace says. We both walk away. Maybe I should stop adding random people to the group without notifying everyone else...oh well.
