Meeting Carson

It's been a month since I started filming The Waynehood Diaries. We just finished putting together the last episode of the season and I was just about to walk out the Disney doors when I got a call from a producer. "Is this Abby Winters?" the producer said. "Yes, this is she." "This is Michael Wood, I'm with Summit Entertainment. We were wondering if, by any chance, you had any new movie ideas." I was confused. Just as confused as I was when Kenny came to Compass and recruited me for Disney. "What do you mean?" I asked. "Do you have any movie ideas that you can bring to the table? Any that you'd like to star in?" Great. Now I have to choose between Disney and Summit. "Yeah, plenty, but I'm kind of under contract with Disney right now." "Oh, that's completely fine. You are allowed to work for 2 companies. Zendaya did it." I laughed. Of course she did. "We just need a new movie idea and a new hotshot actor." "Well, I've been working on this movie called Partners in Crime." "Great what's it about?" I tell him it's about these two people who are leading double lives as CIA agents, only the girl, Molly, hates her partner, Carson and they always butt heads. He loves the idea and wants me to host auditions in 3 weeks. That's the premiere of The Waynehood Diaries. It feels like I'm breaking my deal with my mom and dad...until I realize that The Waynehood Diaries just started. I have 4 years. I'm in.

3 weeks and 269 people later, I'm still at auditions for Partners In Crime. The other judges and I have yet to find someone who fits the Carson roll. At least not until now. Carson Rowland, who played Cole Reyes on I Am Frankie on Nickelodeon, walks in nervously. "Hey I'm Carson Rowland, and I'm auditioning for the role of Carson Rix." All eyes were on him for the next 20 minutes.

After 11 callbacks, we put together the cast and Carson got the role he deserved. "Hey, it's Abby right?" Carson says as he approaches me. "The one and only. Carson right?" "Funny. But yes. I'm so happy to be able to work with you!" "Me too! I loved you in I Am Frankie!" "Thanks! So I guess this means we're gonna be spending a lot of time together" "I guess so." At that moment, Milo comes over to us. I didn't even know he was coming. "Hey, best friend." He says to me. "Why hello," I answer back. "Milo, I want you to meet my new co-star, Carson Rowland." "Nice to meet you, man," Carson says to Milo. "You too," Milo says. They both shake hands. "Hey we're about to head off to lunch, wanna come?" Milo asks Carson. "Sure, why not?" Carson replies. And just like that...Carson, Milo and I became our own little threesome. Not sexually though.
