Idaho Falls, Here We Come

 "What?" I asked. I was still trying to process the fact that Shawn just suggested that we take a trip to Idaho Falls. "Yeah, why not?" Shawn says. "Well, why so?" I ask. "You were gonna go there anyway so that you can visit for your birthday but then you got busy with Kenny almost canceling the show." Milo points out. "So, now you're free and we want to see where you grew up." "First of all, I lived there for 6 years not a lifetime," I say. "Are you guys sure you want to go to Idaho Falls?" They all look at each other. "Yes." They all say at the same time.

Friday came and we're just now getting on the plane to IF. The same plane I rode on the way to Cali. Maybe 45 minutes later, we land in Idaho Falls airport. We got off the plane and I call my mom just to double check that they're still living in the same place. They sent me my stuff for a reason and I wanted to make sure it wasn't because they were moving. She answers. "Hello?" She says. "Hey, mom. I have something for Sanai's birthday and I wanted to send it. Do you guys still live in the same place? The 944?" I ask her. "Yeah, we still live there." She says. "Okay, well I'll send my surprise there and he should get it soon," I say. "Okay," She says. We hang up. I do my famous Isabella Waynehood mischievous smile at the guys. They do it back. Stu comes and pulls up a car and steps out. "Here you go, Miss Waynewood." He says. "Thanks," I say. He walks off to his own car and we all climb in the car he just brought us. I'm in the driver seat, Shawn's passenger, Carson, Milo, and Jace are in the back seat. We head off to my old house. I had a plan in my head. Step one, they meet my family. Step two, they meet my friends at Compass. Step three, they meet Danny Delgado. Ooh wee...we're in for a real treat. I hadn't stepped foot in Idaho Falls since the day I left. I was nervous to see where it would end.

Here we are. We pull up to my old house. I park away from the window so they can't see me coming. We all get out of the car and walk up to my front door. My parents usually keep it unlocked during the day when someone's home and all of the cars are here, so I know they're all home. I twist the knob slowly and open the door. Once I step inside, my 4 sisters and my 3 brothers all look super excited. "ABBY!" they yell. They jump up and run over to me to hug me. My mom, my dad and my god-mom, Kylie, get up and walk over to me too. I hug each and every one of them. "I have a surprise for you guys!" I tell my siblings. They look anxious. I walk over to the door and open it. "Come on in," I say to the guys. One by one, they all walk in nervously. My siblings start freaking out. They were so excited. "It's Shawn Mendes!"  "It's Henry Danger!" "It's Zed!" "Look, mom, it's Carson! From Addy's movie!" all of my siblings yell at one time. Carson, Shawn, Milo, and Jace all smile at them. "Guys, these are my siblings, my mom, my dad and my god-mom, Kylie." I introduce. "Nice to meet you," Shawn says politely. "Family, this is Shawn, Milo, Jace, and Carson," I say. "Hey. " My mom says. "Sup," My dad says. "Hello," Kylie says. "Is this why you asked me if we were still living here?" My mom asks. She finally got it. "Yep. And you fell for it." I say.

A couple minutes later, I walk into my old bedroom. Everything except my old notebooks and stuff are still here. My bed and my posters. It feels like I'm finally home. Now I know what's been missing this whole time.

About an hour and a half later, we pull into Frontline Academy's parking lot. I take a reassuring deep breath and we all get out of the car. We walk through the front doors of the school and we go into the cyber cafe, which is like the place kids go when we don't have class. Instantly someone sees me and gasps. "Abby's back!" my old friend Kassi says. Kids start running over to me and they give me hugs and beg the guys for autographs and pictures. "Where's the guys?" I ask. "They're in 100 hall as usual," Kassi replies. I grab Milo's hand and pull him out of the crowd. Shawn, Carson, and Jace follow. We head down 100 hall and I see my friends sitting in the hall playing PUBG on their phones. That obviously hasn't changed with them. "Hey, guys," I say. Dawson looks over at me and so does everyone else. "Hey!" Dawson says. "It's negro amiga!" Dylan says. "What?" Jace asks. "They called me negro amiga because I'm half black," I answer. "You let them call you negro amiga?" Carson asks. "I've been called worse," I say. "How's the famous life?" Cameron asks me. "It's nothing to brag about really. But I want you to meet my friends Dawson, Dylan, Gabe, Cameron, Jose, and Cody. Guys, this is Carson, Milo, Shawn, and Jace." I introduce. "Yeah we know we're not retarded," Cody says. Milo cracks up. "And we're back to the way it used to be," I say. At that moment a boy comes and turns down the corner and sees me. I boy that I used to be in love with. We make direct eye contact. He looks shocked and happy at the same time. "Abby?" He asks. I take a deep breath. I open my mouth and finally find my words. "Hey, Danny."

We walk outside after I introduce Danny to the guys. We're about to walk over to our car when Danny runs outside and stops me. "Abby!" He yells. He runs over to me as I turn around to look at him. Carson, Milo, Jace, and Shawn all look at him too. "I um...I wanted to tell you something." He says. "Okay, what?" I say. "I...I think I'm still in love with you." He says. Carson, Milo, Shawn, Jace and I all look shocked. "What?" I say. "Yeah. I mean...I've been wanting to tell you, but I didn't know how. You've been living in Cali the past year working movies and being famous and stuff so...I didn't know what to do. " We were all still in shock. "Do you love me still?" He asks. At that moment, it started raining. Then, Milo started looking extremely mad. He storms off behind me. "Milo! Where are you going?" Carson asks. I turn around and see him storming off. Shawn turns to look at me. He opens his mouth to speak but no words come out. Him, Jace and Carson all chase after him leaving me here with Danny. I'm torn. I don't know if I should stay or go.
