The Future is Bulletproof

Struggle

A/N: Heads up this is a chapter only on Brendon's POV. Alright enjoy reading this story.

Scarlett had to leave for a meeting at 9am and is gonna be there for a while.

I insisted on taking care of the babies by myself. It cant be too bad could it.

I woke up at 9am to make coffee for myself and make breakfast for Scarlett before she left. The babies woke up crying because they were hungry.

I fed them and bathe and changed them. Not bad. I think I'm getting a hang of this.

I decided to play some music while they were sleeping since I had nothing to do.

Scarlett called me a during her lunch break.

"Hey, hows it going?" She asked.

"Oh, nothing it's fine. They are currently sleeping. I bathe them, fed them and changed them." I said.

"Alright, just let me know if there's a problem okay!" She said.

"Yes, mama. I know. So how's things going over there?" I asked.

"Umm since, I've been gone, they are filling me in, in a lot of stuff and giving me projects to do. So I'll be home in maybe like 4 hours I guess depends how the outcome of this is." She said.

"Alright, I have to go now, I'll talk to you later when I get the chance. I love you." She said.

"Okay, bye I love you." I said and we hung up.

So what am I gonna do of the remaining of the time. It's only 1pm.

I decided to take the dogs out on a walk, but I can't leave the babies alone. I put them inside of their stroller and walked the dogs around the neighborhood.

After an hour or so I finished with that and walked back home. But guess what my dumbass forgot to get the house key.

So I took the dogs, and the babies to the side of the house to see if any windows were open. Nope, none just  great. Then I went to the side gate and an alarm goes off awesome yeah. I punched in the number to the gate and guess what access denied since the alarm is going off. Just great.

Then Zack calls me.
"Hey, bro your alarm is going nuts, everything good?" He asked.

"Uh, yea. Just that my dumbass locked myself outside the house and can't get in." I said. I heard a chuckle. Then I heard a car door slam. I turn around to see Zack coming out of the car. He has a spare key to my house. He runs over to the door and opens it for me.

"Yess, thank you so much, my dear friend" I said hugging him. I brought the furbabies and the twins inside the house. Zack turned off the alarm.

I decided to start lunch. As I started, the babies were hungry. I fed them while Zack made some sandwiches and fed the doggos. I burped them and everything and then I set Lucy down for her to go back to sleep. Now it was time to burp Luke and then all of a sudden he puked all over me.

"Great job Luke, you puked on daddy awesome."

"Hey Zack, I'm gonna go shower since, this little man here puked on me." I said.

I cleaned him up and placed him inside the crib near his sister. Then I somehow I sniffed my shirt and threw up myself. Just great.

I showered and got downstairs and ate my lunch. After that, I went for a swim in the pool for an hour or so.

I chilled with Zack for a little bit and played some pool and threw some darts.

It was now 4pm so Scarlett should be home soon.

Speaking of Scarlett she texted.

Scar💍: Hey, I'm heading home, want anything for dinner?

Me: Umm that's good. Up to you what you want for dinner?

Scar💍: Alright so anything. Umm thinking of pulled pork sandwiches then with coleslaw alright!

Me: 👌🏼, I love you 😘

Scar💍: love you too 😘

I started to do the dishes and cleaned up the house for a bit.

"Zack, you and Kala can join us for dinner tonight if you liked" I said.

"Oh, sorry man, can't. Promised Kala for a date tonight after I pick her up, which I should get going, bye" He said.

"Bye, and no problem, have fun" I said.

Then Luke started crying. Geez trouble maker.

I picked him up and Oof he has a dirty diaper. I changed Lucy's. She's such a sweet baby and just like her mother and Luke is is just out of this world.

I changed him and bathe him and guess what he returns the favor by pissing on me.

"Yess, Luke you are so awesome. What's next popping on Daddy next?" I said.

I bathe him again. Dressed him up in his onesie. Placed him in his crib and I jumped in the shower again to cleaned up.

When I got out, Scarlett got home. I kissed her on the lips and helped her bring everything in.

Yess the love of my life is finally home.

Oof Brendon you are mood. Well next chapter is Scarlett POV of this day. It might be shorter, but I'll put more stuff into it. Anyways hope you enjoyed and don't be a trouble maker like Luke lol Alright bye. Much love 😘
